Es war schön gelegen. Nicht so nah an Caos, aber immer noch nah dran. Das Schlafzimmer war für den Preis sehr elegant und schön und komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen zu den Zimmern und zur Garage sind sehr schattig und schmutzig

房間比較大，家庭房有1張雙人床和1張沙發床。停車15歐元。 在酒店就能看到烏爾姆大教堂，走過去大概5分鐘，去步行街和老城區也很近。 酒店還算新，住的比較舒適

步行就到大教堂，非常方便的位置，公有停車場可停車，民宿風格的旅館。

交通便利，酒店房間寬敞明亮，出差的話，非常適合

Lage des Hotels top für einen Zwischenstopp weiter nach Italien. Parkaufzug etwas kompliziert. Aber: Sauberkeit grottenschlecht. Teppichboden und Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Bad mit angeschlagenen Fliesen, Emailleschäden in der Wanne. Flohstiche am nächsten Tag an Handgelenken und Knien. Noch nie so schlecht übernachtet.

Wir waren auf der Durchfahrt, es war eins der wenigen bezahlbaren Hotels für eine Nacht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, allerdings das Zimmer nicht sauber. Der Teppichboden war etwas abstoßend. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, man konnte aber etwas essen Die Lage ist perfekt um abends noch die Altstadt zu erkunden und ins Restaurant zu gehen

Haben das Hotel für eine Zwischenübernachtung auf dem Weg nach Österreich ausgesucht. Wir bekamen ein schönes, modernes und großes Zimmer im Nebentrakt. War direkt nebenan, nur durch den Hof durch und dann mit dem Aufzug hoch. Etwas dunkel aber so ist es heutzutage modern. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Ein heißer Sommertag war es, sodass wir einen kleinen Ventilator noch im Zimmer stehen hatten, da die Klimaanlage es nicht ganz geschafft hatte, das Zimmer ordentlich zu kühlen. Ansonsten alles super. Super zentral in der Stadt und schnell an der Donau. Viele Lokale direkt in der Nähe. Man muss die Adresse eingeben ins Navi um das Hotel zu sehen, eine etwas größere Beschilderung wäre evtl. hilfreich. Tiefgarage wurde nicht benutzt, da wir sonntags da waren und im Wohngebiet (5 Minuten entfernt) kostenfrei parken konnten. Für einen Städtetrip oder Zwischenübernachtung sehr zu empfehlen!

Das Hotel ist für einen Stadtbesuch echt gut geeignet, bei der Anfahrt nicht unbedingt gut zu erkennen, da würde ein größeres Aussenschild helfen, aber sonst völlig ausreichend. Das viel zitierte Problem mit der Tiefgarage samt Aufzug ist überhaupt kein Grund zur Beanstandung, lediglich halt ungewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind überschaubar in der Größe und die fehlenden Ablageflächen im Bad nicht optimal, aber für einen Kurztrip okay. Die Lage im Zentrum und das Frühstück sind vollkommen in Ordnung und auch das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Preis ist angemessen für das Angebot und wer mehr will, sollte sich klar sein, dass das auch mehr kostet, daher hier: empfehlenswert. ☆

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing, and I would not recommend staying here. The staff were notably unfriendly, which impacted the overall stay. After arriving at 2 a.m. due to train delays, I noticed the next day that the window in my room was broken and wouldn’t close properly, allowing cold air and noise to enter. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. She mentioned that I should have reported the issue upon arrival, despite the late hour, and said there was nothing she could do as the maintenance team was on vacation. I requested that an external service be called, but that was also denied. When I asked for a different room since I was staying for 12 nights, I was told that wasn’t possible because I had already slept in the bed. There was no attempt to address the issue or offer any alternative solutions. Fortunately, another guest overheard the conversation and, as a carpenter, was able to assist in fixing the window himself. However, it was clear that the hotel staff had no intention of resolving the issue or providing any meaningful assistance. Overall, the lack of hospitality and basic customer service made this a very poor experience. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was ok but the staff at check-in very, very unfriendly. The young man tossed the keys at us und vaguely pointed to the courtyard where there are several other buildings. When I asked which one we were supposed to go to, he said"well, the way you enter into another building" and looked at me like I was stupid. Then I found that the AC wasn't working in one of our 2 rooms, which was one of my reasons to choose the hotel in the summer heat. He told me this wasn't an AC but a ventilation system! Also, the hotel is very difficult to find and the parking garage (another reason I chose this hotel) full. The bathrooms are spartanic and not clean, the rest of the room was ok and also the breakfast which is a beer bar at night. The buffet was ok but not worth the €16 they charge. Will not come back here even though the location is great and the girl at the reception the next morning was very nice.

This is a nice, clean, quiet and generally comfortable hotel. Decently priced. At walking distance from the train station, and from all the central places that have to be visited in this beautiful, hospitable, charming city. They should include the breakfast in the price of the room. Or make it a less costly extra. Because there are a lot of other options for that in the immediate neighbourhood, where one can find many wonderful café-bakeries, groceries, charcuterie and cheese stores, etc. The thermostat in the room cannot be used. The air temperature/ventilation system is central, not under the guest’s control. This could be a problem. For us, it was not warm enough, notably while sleeping. The check-out time is at 11h00. It should be at noon, like most other hotels.

Having had to cut our holiday short by a week to to staff illnesses back home in the UK, I requested to cancel the hotel, they denied me a refund of any sort whatsoever. I knew the cancellation policy was full payment if cancelled but this could be wavered at the discretion of the hotel, they denied any refund. I then tried to move the dates for later in the year, out of holiday season, this was also denied. There were over 30+ options of hotels all with availability for the same date so they could not have been full and given them time to rent the room out again. I gave a weeks notice, yet they denied all my requests for a refund or change of date. Disgusting behaviour, do not trust this hotel,
