Great hotel! We had the POV room and it was breathtaking. Service was great, food was great! Overall great experience will definitely be back

Strangely designed boutique hotel. Everything is built up in the air in an almost treehouse style. Our room was huge and very pretty with an outside rickety staircase up to a “nest” where you could look out over the area (and get food). Beach here is beautiful and facilities in the same style. It is generally a bit tired looking but definitely cool.

Loved our stay here, every part from check in to check out was seemless. The property has so many cool parts to explore and take photos, from the beach up to the bird nests. Service was great and prompt. Perfect location in the middle of the hotel zone on the *****. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The daily yoga class offered was great. The spa was a perfect option for a day that rained. Would definitely return!

We were on the 2nd floor and our room was facing the ocean, so we used our balcony a lot! Looking out over the resort was so beautiful. The staff was super friendly, the room was very clean and the tub was so cool!! We would definitely stay there again.
We used the shuttle service the hotel offered from the airport to Tulum and back to the airport. Was very nice, they had a sign with our name on it when we got to the shuttle pick up at the airport. And for our return they were very prompt picking us up at the hotel. Kanan is a great place to stay I will be recommending it to my friends and family.

Our experience at Kanan was excellent - from the Front Desk Team, Concierge Team, and Service Team, especially Ariel!
Room was great, property was clean and fun, location is ideal.
They messaged us prior to our arrival introducing themselves and were very responsive to every request.
