We stayed at this property for 2 nights during Labor Day weekend. It's fairly close to the airport and convenient to highways. We arrived well before check in time so our room wasn't ready. The desk checked our luggage. It was notable that the desk staff said that the room I picked on the Hilton app wasn't recognized. Apparently, this property doesn't use that feature?? Our room was large and comfortable; however, the quality of construction is lacking. The walls are very thin so noise from the hallway comes right in. Several doors weren't fitted properly. Bars of bath soap were provided, which we appreciate (instead of just the bottles of "goo"). Pets are allowed, which is OK but the dogs across from us barked frequently. I think they had been left alone, which shouldn't be allowed. This property will not provide daily housekeeping service, even when requested. They did provide towels. I read that daily housekeeping is supposed to be provided across Hilton brands. Apparently, this is not enforced. There is a small pool, which doesn't have much room for chairs. The breakfast was typical for Homewood.

Establishment was excellent. The rooms werevery cozy and comfortable, truly like home experience. The manager ensured that we were well taken care of and if all of our needs were met. A very FIVE STAR experience. We will definitely be back.

We got our family here after soccer tournament we enjoyed the hospitality that the families that were in the pool you have fun with them we did a barbecue with other family and everybody got along. The kids enjoyed the other kids swimming in the pool and then when they came in the barbecue each family participated and became a family affair

We booked 45 days in advance. They cancelled day of and don’t tell us until we arrived. It was clear they had a large group booking. So they sold our room to meet the need of the group but couldn’t be bothered to let us know. The clerk was dismissive and rude at first but did eventually help.

Grungy and gross hotel room that thankfully we only stayed in for six hours after a late flight. Hair on the bathroom floor. Dirty doors and baseboards. Clean sheets and towels but that was about all. Two double beds and a pullout couch in a suite.

Pigsty, no elevator, was given a walk up with no notification, not informed where building B was located. Walkways dirty, stained, stairways rusting and deteriorating. No one at front desk for 15 minutes upon arrival. Was told as a Diamond member( front desk) he did not have the authority to allow a late checkout. The front desk female argued over the phone in the am when we again requested a late checkout. She stated housekeeping makes that decision. This was the 1st time we were ever denied a late checkout. Due to the detected uncleanliness of the hotel we opted out of the complimentary breakfast. The audacity of a blatant written tip request from housekeeping left in our room was laughable! Linda Wool

Newer property, very large room, similar layout to other homewood suites. Seems to be mostly or entirely one floor with separate buildings. The grounds were lovely, and there is a walking/biking path just behind. We only stayed one night, and they very much met our needs.

The manager Miesha and receptionist Lakisha was so welcoming and accommodating. They took care of my room switch and I was even able to check in an hour earlier. They provided complimentary water. Mike was great and friendly as well. Thanks

Perfect accommodation for everyone. I stayed there for my biz trip but found it is good for any type of travel. To be honest, my first experience here was in May, 2023 but I have used this one every time that I had a chance and even I recommend my folks to stay here. The room is spacious and the hotel employees are, of course, super-kind. Plus, Breakfast is ready for all ages. The location is near the airport and Southcenter, which is one of the largest shopping areas in Seattle.
