The best part of this hotel is its location, right near Freedom Square in a quiet side street. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly, and the room was comfortable if not a bit small. Overall a good value for someone looking to stay in the heart of Yerevan.

酒店位於埃裏温市中心，距離大劇院不到300米，到埃裏温幾個大的景點都很近，是個鬧中取靜到地方，酒店設施不錯，服務周到，有求必應，早餐品種豐富，是我們在亞美尼亞所有酒店最好的早餐。

Das Internet war praktisch nicht vorhanden. Der Aufzug ist klein und bietet Platz für höchstens drei Personen, aber das Personal hat den Aufzug während der Stoßzeiten beim Frühstück und Auschecken immer benutzt. Die Lage ist ziemlich zentral, aber die Aussicht war nicht so toll. Das Frühstück war ok, aber die Kaffeemaschine ging ständig aus. Kein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber zumindest keine so große Abzocke wie das Marriott in Eriwan.

Das Personal war freundlich, die Zimmer waren sauber, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt dort genossen. Ich würde gerne das nächste Mal wieder hierher kommen, wenn ich vielleicht mal von meiner Arbeit und dem ganzen Kram weg muss. Wir haben nie ein Taxi oder andere Transportmittel benutzt. Die besten Cafés waren 1 Minute entfernt, genau wie alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt!

Ich war damit überhaupt nicht zufrieden. 1- Als ich reinkam, funktionierten der Duschschlauch und der Duschkopf nicht richtig und es leckte überall. Ich bat darum, das zu reparieren und obwohl sie den Duschkopf ausgetauscht haben, funktionierte er immer noch nicht richtig und er sagte, besser geht es nicht. 2- Der Parkplatz ist eine Katastrophe. Ich schlage vor, dass Sie mit Ihrem Auto nicht dorthin fahren, auch nicht, wenn das Hotel Ihnen sagt, dass es überhaupt keine Parkprobleme gibt. Es sei denn, Sie sind bereit, mit irgendeinem Typen zu streiten, der Sie dort nicht parken lässt und außerdem keine rechtliche Genehmigung dafür hat!! Und das Hotel wird nichts dagegen unternehmen. 3- Der Zimmerservice war absolut furchtbar. Sie haben die Bettwäsche nicht gewechselt, nicht gesaugt und keine Hausschuhe hingestellt. Aber es war ruhig, das Frühstück war gut und das Personal war freundlich.

For a Solo Traveler the single room is so much feasible and fitting . The Bathroom was nice and clean and loved the best part of bathing in the continuous hot water specially when is cold or raining outside. Secondly in the morning when you see the team inside the kitchen gear up for an sumptuous breakfast - my palate says - How did i get so lucky? From three different varieties of egg - to their cakes, croissant etc etc - i was happy that my morning starts of well. Thirdly, the most important thing is the location of this hotel, Right in the middle of the City Centre where everything is around the corner and easily accessible. How does this get any better than this? Thank you so much for the stay and looking forward to come back again to this same hotel.

Best place to stay in the heart of the city of Yerevan.. price location rooms and breakfast are excellent.. minutes walk away thru the streets of the city ror fine dining places, historical buildings and Armenias hospitality.. safe city I may say.

Very hospitable staff. Fabulous breakfast! Comfort rooms Silent place in the city. We stayed there for a week and we really enjoyed our stay and we plan to come back again. They also organize individual tours in Armenia and when you take two or more tours they give you free transfer to the airport.

The Hotel was in a very good location. It is just few meters from North Avenue, under it was a grocery shop, restaurants, supermarket and top brand shops are nearby. It is nearby UCom too which is handy if you still have no sim card yet or an internet connection. It is a walk away from republic Square too. The staffs are accommodating and helpful. Breakfast are awesome and delicious and they clean the rooms everyday. At the end of our 4 nights stay.... they gave as a send away gift and that was so thoughtful of them 😊

Rooms were very nice and cosy. Our family had 2 rooms adjoining. Breakfast buffet was deliciously prepared and had a variety of Armenian and International choices. We especially loved the birthday cake surprise for the daughter of our friends (another family who was with us) left in their room. Bathrooms were amply supplied with toiletries and had 2 sets of towels. Interior and furnishings were simple but elegant. Sheets were crisp and clean.
