Everything good, the hotel is 3 minutes walk from the east entrance of the national park. The whole city is by the mountains so Wulingyan is a little cold but the hotel provided the air conditioner to stay warm, everything worked fine.

I definitely won't be back. A positive point of the hotel is the location, it is very convenient, not only because Zhangjiajie Park is very close, but it is located in the middle between Tianmen Mountain and the Glass Bridge Park. Very convenient. I went with a friend and they gave us a room that we hadn't asked for, I understand that they were renovating (one day we ran out of light) and that the room was more expensive than ours, but having a bathroom and shower with glass was very inconvenient, especially because it wasn't what we asked for and we were not a couple. None of the staff spoke English and they demanded that we speak Chinese, in my case I don't speak it, but my friend does. When he wasn't there they treated me badly just because I didn't speak Chinese, you can't have a hotel where you accept foreigners and don't speak English, especially in a tourist spot like Zhangjiajie. Once I asked for water at the front desk (I don't understand why we had to ask for it everyday) and they didn't understand, the word water is basic English. The day we arrived the room was not completely clean, there were ashes in the bathroom (we had asked for a non-smoking room), the room smelled of cigarettes and there was not even a pillow. The day the light went out we couldn't close the window, so we asked for help and they replied that it was because of the light since the room was all electric; In the afternoon when we came back from the excursion (and the light was back) the situation was the same, with the excuse that it was too late they put some scotch tape on the window and said they would fix it the next day. They never did and the day we left there window it was still like that. We had to have the air conditioning on all the time because of the cold. We have to say that a lady of the staff was very nice to us and even stopped us to give us the fruit, even though there was the problem of the language barrier, she was very kind and friendly with us.

When you walk in, there is an overwhelming smell in the lobby. We checked in around 8 pm and the workers were all lounging on the chairs, with their feet up, and when we got to the desk, they were simultaneously checking us in while chatting with each other. It felt unprofessional. The room we booked was the superior queen and the hallways leading up the room reeked of cigarette. The room’s window was wide open and the entire room just reeked of cigarette. Killed a few bugs and it just felt super unclean. Location was great as it was really close to the ticketing booth, if it wasn’t for that, I would probably not book it again.

酒店的工作人員真可謂是極具耐心與熱情，不管我詢問多少關於張家界旅遊的相關事宜，他們都能積極且熱情洋溢地為我解答。而且，他們還會主動詢問我的抵達時間，提前將空調開啟，使得我一進入房間，就即刻能享受到涼爽與舒適。在第二天早上我離店之時，倘若我忘了帶水，他們還會貼心地遞上冰水。我在此處入住期間，睡眠環境極為安靜，所處區域也較為清幽靜謐。總而言之，這次的入住體驗堪稱完美，沒有遇到任何不如意之處，讓我感到非常滿意。在這裏，我不小心掉了東西，而酒店的工作人員能夠迅速且及時地幫我找回。

張家界無疑是一處令人心醉神迷的好地方，其美麗的風景如詩如畫，讓人沉醉其中難以自拔，流連忘返。煌廷酒店也給我們留下了深刻的印象，入住體驗非常棒。在酒店裡，我們感受到了無微不至的服務，每一個細節都被照顧得恰到好處。酒店內部乾淨整潔，沒有絲毫異味，讓我們能夠安心舒適地休息，每晚都能睡得香甜無比。總之，這次在張家界的旅行體驗非常完美。

距離標誌門非常近，周邊匯聚了眾多美食店，簡直是美食愛好者的天堂。這裏的前台小姐姐服務極為周到，她們不僅熱情友好，還會用心地幫忙規劃路線，並且送上詳細的地圖，這真的是太有價值了！房間十分寬敞，給人一種無比舒適的感覺，真的是一級棒！而那張床更是特別舒服，當我們爬完山疲憊不堪時，躺在上面簡直不想有任何動彈，那種舒適感讓人陶醉其中，彷彿所有的疲憊都在這一瞬間消散殆盡。在這裏，我們享受到了極致的住宿體驗，身心都得到了極大的放鬆和滿足。總之，這裏的一切都讓人印象深刻，流連忘返。

房間面積很棒，雙床房升級到親子房，面積很是寬敞。衞浴乾濕分離，很棒的格局。房間還配有衣物乾燥的機器。缺點是攜程寫的有送下午茶，實際根本未提供。

酒店前台服務熱情周到、關懷備至，提出的問題都能認真解決。酒店位於繁華地段，卻絲毫沒有嘈雜的感覺。環境整體温馨靜謐，房間衞生潔凈整齊。非常滿意！酒店旁邊還有我愛吃的菜館！下次必然還會選擇。真的是超級超級極力推薦！

房間設施説實話有些舊了，不過一進門可以聞到消毒水的味道，説明店家在衞生消毒方面比較用心。酒店勝在位置極好，樓下飯館，超市很多，離景區東門步行幾分鐘。對酒店的硬件設施不太糾結的，可以考慮。

酒店的地理位置非常優越，就處在標誌門門口，衹需步行三分鐘即可到達。其服務讓人十分滿意，在辦理好住宿後，前台小姐姐引領我們到房間，並向我們詳細説明瞭空調的調節方法；當我們外出吃飯時，小姐姐見我們走的方向有誤，還趕忙追出來為我們指引該怎麼走。這絕對值得給予五星好評。

這次是陪着 65歲的老媽一同旅行，考慮到跟團可能會過於折騰，所以我們選擇了自由行。而我們選擇這家酒店的最初原因，便是它距離張家界森林公園武陵源景區標誌門非常近。這家酒店位於標誌門不到 300 米的地方，地處武陵源新天地，周邊的餐飲、足療以及日常用品購買都極為便利，並且樓下就是美食街。 酒店的房間乾淨整潔，各種設備一應俱全，衹是遺憾房間照片忘記拍了。酒店還配備有洗衣機、烘乾機，洗衣房是陽光充足且通風良好的陽光房，衣服幹得特別快。樓下的早餐品質不錯，種類也還算豐富。在出行的前一天，管家提前添加了我的微信。當媽媽身體不舒服時，我提前告知了酒店，他們隨即安排了提前入住，並將房間安排在 2樓 樓梯附近，方便媽媽進出。第二天媽媽身體不適獨自在房間時，前台貼心地將外賣送到了房間。最後一天，考慮到長者的身體狀況，酒店還同意了延遲退房，前台的小姐姐們服務態度真的非常好。 總而言之，這次在酒店的入住體驗非常棒，下次若有親友來武陵源，我一定會極力推薦這家酒店。

設施舊，隔音差得很，服務更差（全程沒問過感覺怎麼樣，電話盡然不通的，前台都沒法打，也沒贈飲礦泉水等，拖鞋也不足），到前台叫幫忙訂六座以上車也盡然説沒法幫

神奇秀麗的張家界，有一家令人倍感親切的煌廷酒店。這突如其來的假期，打得人措手不及，沒有攻略的旅行，總是充滿着諸多波折，所幸酒店及時伸出援手給予幫助。張家界的盛名早已傳遍四方，然而對於如何遊玩，卻全然不知。連續在網上看了好幾天的短視頻，卻依然如墜雲霧之中，對於僅有的一天半時間，究竟該去哪個景點遊玩？張家界國家森林公園的各個大門應該從哪裡進入？每個景點又該逗留多長時間呢？這些問題如果沒有好朋友相助，就衹能自己在實踐中去摸索解決了，可我們僅有一天半的時間呀！在還未入住酒店時，前台的小姐姐就主動添加了我的微信，並將酒店的具體位置發給了我。酒店就位於武陵源門票站附近，從高鐵站出來乘坐班車即可直達。當我們抵達酒店後，小姐姐更是無微不至地為我們規劃行程，提供旅行建議。入住後，酒店還提供了晚間果盤和早餐，房間內環境乾淨整潔，設施衞生可靠，周邊有各種美食可供選擇，而且距離客運站特別近，前往公園的南門和西門都能即刻坐上前往的班車。對於這兩天的行程安排，特別要感謝店長和幾位前台工作人員。張家界不僅山清水秀，人更是熱情美好。
