breakfast not much choice when i stay thera, the aircond was not so cold and there was a leak

A very nice hotel with good location, going to Batam Nagoya Hills Shopping Centre is within walking distance. The receptionist is also friendly. Highly recommended for short trips stay.

Budget hotel for a short stay,only if they clean up the room properly. So far nothing much to say. The location is good many food stall around.

Multiple stays here. Still my favourite hotel due to its location and price. 5 minutes from harbour bay ferry terminal. Nice comfortable bed with strong hot shower. Nice coffee house on 4th floor. Good security with parking available. Will be back again.

Hotel very near to places of entertainment. Many local food. Only things about this hotel is the toilet sprayer always spoilt. Making water anyhow spray. Others all in great conditions. Receptionist pretty n young. Always choose to stay here. Next trip will be batam 1 hotel vacation.

Nice and simple, such a cute room for couple. I like no smell soap bar with a lot of bubbles. Restaurant at rooftop and food was good. Time for improve bedsheet due to a bit dusty and lizards poop around the corner at room no 244. My shower was broken so only use bidet, from room no 247. Overall okay to stay.

Very cheap

The hotel location is convenient, and since it’s budget-friendly, it works out well. However, the Wi-Fi connection isn’t very strong. The breakfast service is worth more than the price paid. The security staff are also very helpful, and the hotel is close to shops. For couples, it’s even more suitable since the rooms only come with a couple bed. But if you’re going with a friend and want separate beds, it’s not very convenient.

Nice customer service and near by with shopping place so I love it.

I gave full 5/5 grades for Batam 1 Hotel. Located is good, there are food stall around the area and it takes 10 to 15 minutes walk to Nagoya Shopping Mall. I took Grab from Mall back to Hotel was only 12k (about S$1). The room was clean, bedsheets and pillow cases were smelt fresh. Many channels on TV. Counter staff were courteous, checkin checkout also fast. Breakfast was simple but not too bad indeed. Hotel guest gets 30% discount for the massage at level 3. I will book this hotel again the next time I visit Batam.
