Unfortunate night stay, first we assumed we could deviate from our Camino walk and get to the hotel, we had to walk back two Kilometers and then again two Kms to reach the hotel in the middle of nowhere, To be fair we ignored the road sign for the hotel thinking we could reach it from the Camino.it is not for Camino walkers. Then when we reached the hotel restaurant, cafeteria, pool were closed, and we were told no breakfast available for the Monday, not very cold drinks available in machine in lobby. Fridge not working in one of the two rooms, wonderful to have a jacuzzi in one of the rooms, but not working. Otherwise very nice rooms. We spent 25€ in taxi fares for dinner in Tui. I was upset, when you walk all day and find no facilities open, it’s no fun.

This place s nice enough but it’s in the middle of nowhere, 3 KM to the nearest pizza place and they don’t deliver. There’s no coffee or tea in the room, the café and restaurant have limited hours, and the restaurant owner is rude. Not a great pilgrim option.

The reception staff were very helpful. The hotel is modern and clean, with spacious rooms. The hotel is about 2 km from the camino, but they offered a free shuttle back to the camino at set times when I was there. Very good value for the price.

We have an order for. Double room with a double bed, we were allocated in an smelly, dirty rooms with 2 small beds. We asked for this to be checked and to have another room, no body came to check on the room and, even though the recognised making the mistake of giving to room to other users, they did not solve the problem

Me dan la habitación 310 en la última planta en un día con una temperatura máxima de 25 grados. Cuando entro en la habitación hay más de 30 grados. Activo el aire acondicionado y sale aire caliente a chorro. Bajo a recepción y me dicen que el sistema general de aíre acondicionado del hotel está en proceso de reparación. Que ya lo siente !! Y no me dan ninguna alternativa ni mejora alguna . No volveré nunca a este hotel. Llevo más de 20 años utilizando hoteles por motivos laborales y está gestión ineficiente que acabo de vivir no merece ningún reconocimiento sino todo lo contrario.
