Phantastischer Service, wunderschöne Anlage, innen wie außen sauber und gepflegt. Jeder Wunsch wurde mir von den Augen abgelesen, äußerst aufmerksames Personal, hervorragendes Essen, sehr gute Organisation. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt.

Grundsätzlich waren alle Mitarbeiter, bis auf den Eigentümer, des Hotels wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ansonsten waren wir nicht überzeugt. Das Abendessen war nicht unser Fall, auch das Buffet war sehr lieblos. Die Terrasse ist trotz der wunderbaren Aussicht leider nicht sehr einladend. Vieles macht einen eher „krutschlichen“ Eindruck, beispielsweise die Rezeption.

We were fortunate enough to stay at Sulfner in January and it was really fanastic. The rooms were very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the views were just amazing and the staff were wonderful. We included the breakfast and dinner each night which worked great and the food was perfect after a day out in the mountains. The motel is an easy drive up the hill from the town and Merano 2000 is also nice a close. Thankyou to all the staff who were always helpful and friendly, from our welcome drink on arrival to the dinner service, they were all brilliant. The pool facilities were also great. This was the most relaxing part of our Italy holiday and the kids really loved it.

This is a very nice hotel. Friendly and very comfortable. The spa/relax/sauna/pool area was fantastic. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. We didn’t have half-board but their buffet looked amazing. I truly recommend it when you plan some hiking in the mountains.

perfect clean room, friendly service, wonderful food and wines. Perfect location, nice views and forests just outside the door... (ideal for the dogs). They give the warm hospitality of a small family pensione in combination with the luxury of the top hotel. We will be back !!! Due to the location on 1.200 meters the temperature stays fine even when it’s ＞30° in the valley (Merano)

Siamo tornati per la seconda volta in questo hotel, che consideriamo un po' "il nostro posto del cuore". Confermate tutte le cose positive scritte a capodanno. Martina della reception sempre molto gentile. Personale di sala attento e cordiale.

È ormai un abitudine negli ultimi anni che ci permettiamo qualche giorno ad Avelengo e soprattutto al SULFNER. È sempre molto rilassante ed accogliente. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato.

Ottimo hotel sotto vari aspetti: location, buona cucina, camere moderne e molto piacevoli, bella piscina e zona saune, pulizia impeccabile. Inoltre il silenzio e l'aria pulita rendono il soggiorno molto rilassante.

Hotel davvero ottimo, a cominciare dalle stanze che, nella nuova ala, hanno due ambienti separati (giorno e notte, ciascuno con la tv), oltre ad un grande bagno e balcone. Parcheggio coperto collegato con ascensore. Ristorazione e vini ottimi (e non troppo cari); titolari e personale cordiali ed attenti. piscina interna/esterna riscaldata. Collegamento con bus a Merano stazione oppure skibus per Merano 2000 (cabinovia). Prezzi a mio avviso competitivi. Sinceramente faccio fatica a trovare di meglio.
