As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

Das Haus ist schön und geräumig. Die Küche hat alles. Sie können Ihre eigenen Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Es gibt kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee zum Trinken im Erdgeschoss. Der Kaffee ist nicht schlecht. Es ist die Art von Kaffeemaschine. Knapp 6 Tage, keine verschiedenen Dienstleistungen zum Reinigen und Wechseln der Handtücher! Das Hotel sollte nicht in Betracht ziehen, alle drei Tage einmal für Kurzzeittouristen zu reinigen. Und die Check-out-Zeit war offensichtlich 11 Uhr. Ich fragte im Voraus, und Ctrip schrieb 11:00. Als ich ging, sagte mir die Dame, dass Sie um 10 Uhr auschecken sollten. Sehr unangenehmer Ausdruck.

Dieser Ort fühlt sich wie ein Rückgang zur Zeit von Marie Antoinette ... ohne Guillotine. Es ist weich, schüttelnde Farben und eine große Spirale Treppe in der Mitte der Lobby. Das Zimmer hatte eine Dekoration, um mit roten und gepasten Wänden zu passen. Obwohl das Zimmer ein wenig um die Ecken verbracht war, war es immer noch dürre, komfortabel und ziemlich romantisch. Ich liebe den Charme dieses Ortes!

Kühlschrank mit Saft, weiche Getränke, Wasser. ), Kaffee, à safe. Nettes Badezimmer.

Lachende, warme, vorbeugende, hörende, verfügbares Personal; komfortable, saubere, mit Klimaanlage, ganz weißer Korridor und Lobby, Dekor für die Ausschaltung von Holzrahmen, All dies gibt der Unterkunft Wärme und einen gewissen Charme, Zimmer mit Blick auf oder Zugang zum Patio, sehr komfortabele Betten, zusätzliche Cousins, Sauberkeit, ruhiges Hotel, kontinentales Frühstück gut; Kleiner Bemol: Zimmerservice nicht immer oben: 1 nur ein Handtuch in einem Doppelzimmer, keine Schranke, alles hat bei der Rezeption gefordert, dass das Zimmer nicht ganz alle Tage gemacht nicht stören, aber gezwungen, um Toilettenpapier am 4 e Tagen zu beantragen, Neben diesen kleinen Unbehagen bleibt das Hotel sehr angenehm und sehr gut gelegen, empfehle ich.

Sehr gutes Hotel, fantastische Lage, nur wenige Minuten von den zentralen Zielen von Tolosa. 2 Minuten vom Bus vom Flughafen (Kosten 9 Euro) und 1 Minute auf dem gleichen Fußgänger, Für den Bus zum Flughafen. Das Hotel liegt an der Metrostation Jeanne D'Arc und nicht einmal 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Auf der anderen Seite der Straße gibt es den Markt und alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar, habe ich nie die öffentlichen Mittel. Gentlemen und verfügbaren Mitarbeitern, geräumige Zimmer mit Dusche, sauber und mit schönem Blick. Ich habe nicht das Frühstück genossen. Rate dieses Hotel und ich würde zurück.

Yes the hotel has a great location but many other hotels are close-by. As part of our criterias to chose a hotel in the summer months is the availability of Air Conditioned rooms. Which the hotel said they offered. What they failed to mention was that it would not go cooler than 76 F (24C). To be clear, during the day we are out and about and dont need AC but to sleep, we like for the room to be cooled down by a few more degrees than 76/24 (and to be frank, the AC being off all day, it took a while before it even hit that if it did.) Instead of writing a public review, we wrote directly to Ibis Group suggesting they specify on their listings that they have this limit only to receive a very rude answer from the hotel manager. So very disappointed on the AC and management's answer to our email.
