I came here earlier this month with my best friend (23 and 26) for a girls holiday, we didn't expect much as the reviews were so poor, and expected we'd probably just use the hotel as a place to sleep. Instead, we were both blown away by how lovely the hotel was, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, pool stunning with enough sunbeds for everyone, rooms clean and tidy - and why does nobody talk about its fantastic location?! Our balcony looked right over the ***** and you can walk there in just 1 or 2 mins, or about a 3 min walk to the beach - perfect location for people wanting a party holiday. Breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about but couldn't expect much more for the price. Poolside drinks and snacks great. As for all the reviews about the noise, we found the hotel to be pretty quiet but then again we were out from about 10.30/11 each night - but I do wonder how people can book a cheap hotel right next to the Magaluf ***** and then complain about noise? It goes without saying that in the summer months there will be younger people staying in the hotel wanting to party, if you want a quiet holiday then I suggest you go somewhere that ISN'T famous for its nightlife. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place enough and think it has been robbed of a fourth star. I would 100% return here if I ever came back to Magaluf. I can only assume the bad reviews are written by people who have never heard about Magaluf's nightlife and thought they were in for a quiet holiday, but even then I think the reviews are harsh. Great place for younger people needing somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay. Thanks for a fab holiday :)

Wäre nicht zurückgefahren. Die meisten Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich grob. Die Zimmer sind praktisch und sauber, was alles, was wir brauchten. Aber das Personal hat das Hotel wirklich abgelassen. Zum Beispiel habe ich einen Sack von Schalen gekauft, den ich bemerkte, wo 2 Monate nach dem Datum, ich brachte das bis zum Barpersonal und bat mich, mein Paket mit einem anderen, der war in der Zeit, statt das anständige zu tun, die sie beschlossen, meinen Punkt zu behaupten und weigerte sich, mir ein neues Paket zu geben oder mir eine Erstattung zu geben. Die Mädchen-Lebensbeobachter war auch krank und brutal. Und die Zeit, die es dauert, um etwas an der Poolseite zu bekommen, ist ein Witz, der nicht ideal ist, da Sie nicht Ihre eigenen Getränke/Snacks mit Ihnen nehmen können. Ein weiteres Beispiel ist, wenn wir Papierkoppen aus der Bar gefordert haben, wie wir die leckten und riechen hatten, die Barmitarbeiter dies verweigerten und sagten, wir müssten einen anderen Drink kaufen, wenn wir eine Tasse wollten. Wir kauften auch 2 Thunfischbagauette aus der Bar und waren unerfreulich überrascht, als wir die Spitze des Bagauettes öffneten, um zu begreifen, dass es in der Hälfte keine Thunfisch gab (dies war in beiden Bagauette die gleiche). Wenn wir die Bar-Mitarbeiter um mehr gebeten haben, haben sie das gegrimmt und es nicht entschuldigt. Ich bin normalerweise nicht eine Karen und mag nicht klagen, aber wir dachten, die Mitarbeiter brauchen nur gedemütigt.

Decent hotel however staff at reception (MARIA) was very unhelpful and rude! Upon arrival I was standing in the queue for a very long time after being on a 9 hour flight! She was not welcoming and made me sign a document and did not explain what the document referred to! When going to check out my suite there was a facility issue and so I reported it to Maria. She was still very dismissive and did not want to help so the issue is still not resolved! The next day my room was not cleaned until four pm! To my dismay I found my towels had not been cleaned. When I reported this she made me bring down the unclean towel and would not let me receive a new one until this was done! Very embarrassing for an elderly lady! She also accused me of taking the towel to the beach???? When she wasnt even on shift? I want to Maria to understand I’m on vacation not at boot camp! Otherwise stay was good ! Nice breakfast friendly night staff. Stuff was very close by!! Had a nice beach day with colleagues!

Das werden Sie in Bezug auf den Betrag, den Sie bezahlt haben, nirgendwo in Europa sehen. Vom Flughafen aus ist es einfach, hierher zu gelangen. Wir sind einfach mit dem Bus gefahren und der Bus kostet nur etwa 4 Euro pro Person. Fragen Sie einfach den Reiseleiter am Flughafen und er wird Ihnen dort weiterhelfen.

Lovely hotel, excellent value for money..Beware though the hotel.is up a fairly long hill, so may not be good for all people. Overall though I would recommend it. Views from the rooftop bar are stunning and that bar is great value for money. Would use again.

Wenn Sie nicht die Meereslandschaft zu perfekt sehen, kann dieses Hotel sich vollständig beschweren. Zunächst gibt es kein Trinkwasser, es muss gekauft werden, das Wasser ist ein Schwimmbadgeschmack. Kein Eis, kein Glas. Es gibt eine Schale, die Dinge sind sehr unvollständig. Das Badezimmer ist im Zimmer, neben einer kleinen Tür, die noch nicht über dem Dach ist. Ich fühle mich im Zimmer gebrochen. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker, ob es Frühstück oder das bezahlte Restaurant ist, sehr lecker.
