Super godt ophold men ærgerligt at spa-poolen var for kold. Fedt med vandreruter lige uden for døren.

Dieses Hotel liegt unglaublich schön, mitten in der Natur zwischen Bäumen und Pflanzen mit Sicht auf schroffe Felswände. Die Zimmer sind in einzelnen Kuben übers ganze Gelände verteilt, sodass man wirklich für sich sein kann, komplette Ruhe. Man taucht ein in die Natur und kann abschalten. Obwohl die Zimmer grosse Fensterflächen haben zum Ausblick in die Natur, sind sie nicht einsehbar. Sehr bequemes Bett, Dusche mit Blick in die Natur. Exzellentes Abendessen in schönem Ambiente. Sie legen Wert auf lokale Produkte. Infinity Pool. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Parkplätze oberhalb der Anlage und Elektro-Trolley-Service mit Koffern zum Zimmer.

Wir kamen gestern nach einem Mittagessen in den Bergen gezielt zu dieser Location, weil wir uns für ein paar Tage Spa interessierten. Der erste Eindruck vom Parkplatz zur Receptionen war, dass ausser der perfekten Beschilderung des Gemüsegartens wenig Pflege sichtbar war. Vertrocknet und lieblos. An der Rezeption angekommen, fragten wir nach einer Möglichkeit einen Drink zu uns zu nehmen. Das wurde uns verweigert mit der Begründung dass an diesem Tag alles geschlossen ist. Arme Hotelgäste. Bei 30 Grad alles geschlossen?? Da wir mir Hund unterwegs waren, wollten wir uns die Anlage anschauen. Das wurde uns vom eilig daherkommenden Receptionisten „verboten“. Keine Hund, auch nicht im Freien. Die Abspeisung potentieller Hotelgäste sprengt jede Vorstellung. Unterirdisch. Fazit: Bei der wunderschönen Lage würde ich signifikant mehr Pflege und eine wesentlich höhere Kundenorientierung erwarten. Nie wieder!!!

Wow ! Where do I start? What a fantastic place for a mini getaway beautiful surroundings, mountain views amazing . We did a 3nights/4 days stay in one of the villas which were incredible, Halfboard , the food was amazing, Use the Spa one day and did the five elements which were lovely and relaxing, this is a perfect couples retreat very romantic

We thought that the architecture and location of this hotel were exceptional. The views over the surrounding landscape in particular were stunning. There was an issue relating to unusual noise below our villa but the hotel management were very helpful in moving us to an alternative villa which we much appreciated. We were surprised by a few episodes of disappointing service at the restaurant, such as ordering sea bass for a main but receiving cod with no explanation of why the change was made. We also found the breakfasts unusual in that each morning you were supplied with a tray of items rather than having a choice. We didn’t feel this was a positive in comparison to the more usual hotel breakfast methods such as an a la carte menu (or a buffet.)

We went there in the idea to relax. It was a great moment. From the arrival to the departure the staff is really professional and took really good care. We enjoyed a very good dinner in a great and romantic environment. The private swimming pool was warm and we really enjoyed the room design.

We staid for only one night on a wednesday in december - hotel was half empty so we asked for a possible upgrade free of charge because the jacuzzi on our terrace was in the shadow and we hoped for a bit of sunrays. As we booked already a nice room and dinner (price 440 € for 2 p), we were surprised to hear that we had to pay an other 100 € for un upgrade room. So we friendly said "no thank you". The two infinity pools were nice to sit and watch but also empty because freezing cold. The cottages in container look were already quiet damaged on the outside and inside. You could expect meticulous quality for their 'promise and price'. The service at the restaurant was good and diner food also very nice. Breakfast bit of an average quality. "Spa" = only a pool, that's it (and beware, sometimes even not included in your room price) Bottom line: concept and location great but vivood for us was not the wow service and quality we expected compared to the website and service we got. Working in hospitality and customer services, we noticed about 10 tot 20 quick wins to make this experience really unforgettable. Would not recommend to friends to stay there.

Just returned from our stay at this hotel, which we absolutely loved. The location is gorgeous, the service is good, the food is delicious and the spa is gorgeous. We loved the breakfast, which gives you an opportunity to taste different specialities (and the eggs are cooked beautifully, too). The dinner was a great experience with lots of options to chose from every day. We had some very picturesque walks in the area enjoying stunning views. My only criticism would be lack of communication. We only discovered by chance that the hotel has one more restaurant. We also learnt only on our last day that the hotel offers complimentary drinks in the afternoons. If there was any information about it anywhere, it wasn't obvious.

Fantastic two night stay with breakfast and evening meals in a beautiful setting. Unexpected complimentary wine tasting was a nice touch on the first evening. Staff very friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Great proximity to walk around the reservoir and visit Guadalest. Hope to return again in the future.
