Big, empty hotel. The title says it all. At the bar the Prosecco tasted as though they had obviously been opened a while ago. In the morning the cappuccino was returned to reheat and came back lukewarm. Waiter never came back after that. Room had a noisy bathroom fan that sounded as though it was on the verge of breaking. What a pity for such a massive hotel to come to this....

All facilities were closed at the hotel and areas around the hotel were full of broken bricks. The fountain was not working and completely in disarray. Breakfast was really poor. No tea/coffee facility and we had to ask for food to be brought out. This is definitely not a four star hotel. On top of that, when we came back in the evening, there was no one to be found at reception for around an hour!!!!! So anyone could have walked in and around the hotel as they have no security as such, just one person manning reception. It cost us €420 to stay for 2 nights (1 room for 3 and another for 2) but with no spa or any other facilities open if any kind, it was more like a 2 star. Never again. The view from our room would have been fairly nice over looking the town but surrounded by broken bricks and stones. No idea why, but looked awful.

Come Astroviaggi , abbiamo organizzato il nostro capodanno presso questa struttura , che avevamo gia visionato nelle nostre solite gite da scouting . le aspettativer erano buone , ma il risultato e' stato assolutamente superiore a quanto immaginato. struttura tenuta benissimo , con saloni bellissimi e camere perfette . gestione impeccabile , sia nel servizio che nella cucina , eccezaionale . a questo si aggiunge e non e' da tutti , un rapporto con la diorezione lodevole , sanno lavorare , sanno rapportarsi ai clienti e sopratutto conoscono il segreto del lavoro LA QUALITA' . sicuramente torneremo con altri gruppi , anche perche presto apriranno anche una spa... la serata del veglione e' stata caratterizzata da un ambiente giovanile , ottima musica , mangiare di qualita' e senza limiti . i nostri clienti sono rimasti tutti felicissimi ...

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole serata in questa struttura usufruendo della sala Templum. Siamo stati benissimo, abbiamo festeggiato il primo compleanno di mia figlia, un buffet eccezionale, misto mare e terra, un primo con funghi porcini da leccarsi i baffi , un vitellino con provola e carciofi da fare solo i complimenti allo chef, la grande varietà di frutta e la torta da un sapore eccezionale, un complimento a tutto lo staff ed ai camerieri per essere stati sempre attenti ad ogni esigenza. Hotel degno delle 4 stelle, un’ esperienza da rifare assolutamente. Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato in occasione di una vacanza di gruppo, ci siamo trovati benissimo , camere pulite , personale gentile e disponibile! In particolare una lode va al caposala Daniele e la collega Velia , ragazzi gentilissimi , disponibili e pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste!!

LUOGO: si trova a circa 15 km da Benevento. Facilmente raggiungibile in breve tempo. CAMERE: pulitissime. Ben insonorizzate. Non si sente alcun rumore e si respira una grande pace. Il bagno curato nei dettagli. Nel set di cortesia, addirittura, vi è il dentifricio e lo spazzolino. SERVIZI: si tratta di persone incredibilmente cortesi. Sarà il periodo ma sembra che facciano tutto in pochi. COLAZIONE: non male ma non eccellente. Prodotti freschissimi. Manca qualcosa. Io aggiungerei il salame, il bacon. Il dolce non male ma la scelta è sempre ridotto. PREZZO: io ho pagato 47 euro attraverso ***********. A mio parere, da viaggiatore seriale, il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono.

Sorpresi dalla bellezza di questo angolo di paradiso... Elegante, accogliente e pulito. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per soggiornare in coppia e per rilassarsi. Siamo stati per un battesimo di un familiare ed abbiamo potuto godere di ottimi servizi. Siamo stati nella sala Templum adiacente l'hotel e abbiamo apprezzato la l'ottima cucina, piatti deliziosi, sia di mare che di terra, personale di sala attento ad ogni particolare, gli esterni raffinati e realizzati per il relax degli ospiti. Una bella sorpresa.

Soggiornato solo per una notte, usufruendo della colazione. La colazione a mio giudizio non rispettava lo standard di un 4 stelle ma devo dire che l'albergo era semi vuoto ( forse una altra stanza occupata) per cui è abbastanza comprensibile......... Location in aperta campagna, quindi rilassante. Stanze grandi cosi come il bagno, cosa che è piacevole. Il personale alla reception è stato gentile. Peccato che per essere una struttura 4 stelle, non accetta Amex.
