Great Stay,Hotel is Old,but well maintained, Very hard work For HK Dept where we understand opp is jsw plant and lot of dust polution . Great job HK Dept for Keeping Rooms Clean. So with Family came to See Hampi and Every Glimpse of Ruins Hampi,So When we returned back to hotel, Exellent Hospitality Services From Alfiya, Arvind Receptionist who helped us for Wi-Fi & Every needs. Entire Reception Staff Looks Well Trained. Apart from them Alfiya & Arvind Should be Well Appreciated for there Behavior & Giving Good Services to the Guest.

Great ambience to stay and near to jsw also Good staff specially Pankaj Rawat and Shameem from F.O very helpful and cooperative all experienced is good some extra things to add like swimming pool or gym facility. Near to airport suitable for business travels,

Service was good and poliet. Specially when we ordered the food Miss Uma response was excellent and she helped in selecting the right choice food. Quickly delivery of food after ordering the food with proper presentation. I like to stay again.

I have to put it on record about the best services rendered to me while I checked in and checked out of Rock Regency hotel ***y times during past more than Two years. One is Mrs. Uma and another receptionis is MS Shamim. I feel, they both deserve a kind of appreciation to these girls who are worthy to appreciate.

Stay at Hotel Rock Regency was awesome. Ms.Shamim from reception was co operative. Ms. Tanthra and Mr.Abhijet Dewashi were nice in servicing food @ family restaurant. Good place for staying. Room service was also so good. At least one time you can stay if visit tornagallu

the hotel is good for the business stay. the staff is very co-operative and helpful specially Madam Shameem. the Hampi is very near from this hotel, as well the area has an airport nearby, so travelling is not an issue. the hotel is located in Toranagallu.

I liked the room services and food quality was awesome, complementary breakfast was awesome. Liked the behaviour, coordination of Ms shameem. I would like to suggest to stay in hotel rock regency for good food,service, cleanliness. It's an excellent experience to stay there .

I would give a negative rating if there was an option for that. We were staying there for 2 nights, everything was fine but on the 2nd night in there upper deck restaurant we had ordered vegetarian food as my mother is pure vegetarian but after having few bites we found a chicken piece in our food, which was really sad, we went on to complain to the reception but the lady out there was smiling and said that they are sorry, we asked them to call the general ***ager who was very rude we asked them to give a written apology but they denied. * vegetarian people please don’t visit this hotel they are least bothered about your sentiments, beliefs and emotions.
