Obwohl das Gebäude fantastisch und die Lage großartig ist, ist das Management dieses Hauses katastrophal: Die Duschwand ist undicht, das Badezimmer steht unter Wasser, und Handtücher sind Mangelware. Es war sehr schmutzig und voller Spinnen (siehe Foto), aber das Schlimmste ist der Service. Wenn man ein Problem hat, wird man nicht einmal benachrichtigt (wie es einigen meiner Freunde passiert ist), die aufgrund eines Problems mit der Kurtaxe ohne Vorwarnung auf der Straße gestrandet sind. Ehrlich gesagt, werde ich mir bei meinem nächsten Brüssel-Besuch eine andere Unterkunft suchen. Unsere Buchung verlief dank des exzellenten Services von Trip.com reibungslos, aber unsere Freunde, die über Stayforlong gebucht hatten, erlebten eine Katastrophe und kämpften tagelang mit Problemen. Das erste Mal, dass ich zum Ein- und Auschecken ein Hotelapartment ohne Rezeption besuche

Very nice aparyment hotel in the center of the city and provide excellent service, it even have a free sparkling water machine

Convenient and near to attraction locations. The entrance to hotel is facing a Chinese restaurant. Hotel is quietly located.

Very comfortable, spacious apartment. There is no direct contact between the guest and the hotel due to TRIP. Example: I sent a message to the property saying I needed a parking space. TRIP replied that they had contacted the property and that the property would do their best to fulfill the request on the day of arrival. It turned out that the property requires notification the day before arrival, and they never received my request from TRIP.

A well placed apartment , great location . Clean , comfortable huge bed , all the extras , toiletries , kitchen essentials! All in all great value for money !

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever. Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left. We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare. The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.

Veloce e chiaro il Check in e il check out. La stanza era grande, a disposizione tutto ciò di cui uno aveva bisogno. Purtroppo nonostante ci fossero due televisioni (1 in sala e 1 in camera da letto) non sono riuscita a farle funzionare almeno per la sera avendo viaggiato con un bimbo che al rientro dalle passeggiate si sarebbe rilassato volentieri guardando un cartone alla tv. Il bagno grande con a disposizione saponi, bagnoschiuma e shampoo. La cucina non adeguata. Le posate però non erano pulite. Peccato. L’ubicazione è’ favolosa e nonostante si trovi in pieno centro, durante la notte regnava il silenzio assoluto. Ci tornerei volentieri.
