we took a bus from shanghai pudong airport to jiaxing north station then just took a taxi via didi in alipay to get here. the homestay location was great since they were just beside the No. 2 Gate. For foreigners, we needed to get tickets and show our passports to the visitor center just around 100 meters away from the gate and hotel. from before our arrival all the way to check in, i was in touch with them already via wechat and the response was always very quick and helpful. we liked that the inn also had a free shuttle service on call for us and took us back and forth to dongzha (and old street beside it), as well as the bus station to get to suzhou. The uncle was also very helpful and friendly, ever ready to help us with our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor and to give us his recommendations on timings, directions and such. The younger family member in the front desk was also very helpful! They told us not to engage with the many people offering day trips outside just to be safe. They also lent us umbrellas for the rain and sun, and even band-aids. We would gladly stay at this B&B again but request a lower floor like the 2nd just because we usually go back mid-day and tend to forget stuff so the flights of stairs is something to consider if you're not up to the exercise. The room and toilet were very clean and good value for money! They were also very considerate as to putting all scents away upon my request. Just beside the B&B were small groceries, eateries and stores so we walked around also at night. For wuzhen, we did xizha only first next to the hotel from 4pm onwards for one day then dongzha ,old street (morning to afternoon) and xizha at night again the next day to save on the ticket costs.

Clean basic hotel next to Wuzhen Ancient Town Gate 2. Front desk staff helped with luggage to third floor as there is no lift. Staff also helpful with our Didi booking and waited with us for the car. Good location, many eateries around.

A cozy and comfortable homestay right next to Xizha entrance. The room is more spacious than in Shanghai, bigger bed and bathroom as well. You can eat delicious homemade lunch and dinner here with good price. The host can speak English and are very friendly. They even helped us check for bus ticket to Hangzhou and then drove us to the bus station. Highly recommend!!!

設施：設施上是很正常的佈置，床很舒服，衞生間是乾濕分離，整體感覺挺好的。 衞生：他家衞生挺乾淨，沒有發現什麼臟的，或是發黴啥的地方 服務：服務這方面是真的很好，對於這邊遊玩的建議啊，或是古鎮範圍內能幫接送啥的，真的很贊，也許其他家也有，但，和他家聊起來的感覺是很真誠，很用心。

烏鎮的這次慢遊，少不了閒情逸緻民宿的助力。民宿的性價比很高，各種洗漱用品準備到位且乾淨。地理位置極佳，就在西柵二號門入口的旁邊。服務周到熱情，可以實現景區和民宿間的接送，也提供了很多有用的訊息和幫助。店家很貼心，幫助免費升級了房間，晚上很安靜，能充分得到休息。十一期間還有餐飲服務，餐食美味，推薦白江魚，鮮嫩可口。舉國歡慶之時，也是店家親朋相聚之日，大家**協力經營店鋪，很温馨，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。如果你還在猶豫烏鎮出行的住宿選擇，那就請來這裏體驗一次吧。

房間很大很乾凈的，離西柵景區二號入口很近，酒店風格，服務態度也很好，離店的時候每個房間還有一份特產姑嫂餅送給我們，小禮物很貼心啊

房間位置很好，離西柵景區入口超近，走着幾分鐘就到了，主要是老闆非常熱情，開車接送我們去老街，還送了我們一人一份特產，下次來還住這裏。

房間很乾凈，就在西柵景區的南側隔一條河，這家酒店最方便的是，他家西側隔壁就是景區的次出入口，但需要提前買好票，老爸免票一大早就景區晨練得大汗淋漓，對面還有家小超市，總之很方便。 我們是晚上去的景區，隔壁的出入口衹出不進了（下午過點兒不讓進），老闆極其熱情的開車把我們送到景區正大門 店家熱情細緻的服務會讓你有走親戚的感覺，一樓是他家的餐廳，尤其推薦他家的東坡肉，孩子們特別愛吃，胃口大開，當晚就預訂了四份要帶回家，就餐價格也實惠，很舒適的一次旅行住宿，在此感謝店家的服務！

一次非常好的體驗。昨天入住，酒店房間很寬敞、很衞生。住宿時免費升級了朝陽的房間，窗外就是一條河。酒店距離西柵景區2號門最多100米，周邊吃飯也很方便。今天小劉先生還免費開車接送我們去了烏鎮老街，臨走時還送了小禮物“姑嫂糕”。再次表示感謝！

民宿服務人員超熱情，見我們的車到門口，全部跑出來迎接，幫忙拿行李送到房間，而且提前都把空調打開了，想得很周到，他家還有免費的車接送到南柵，南柵拍照很出片，遊客還很少，享受那種無人打擾的慢節奏的生活，退房時又送了兩盒姑嫂餅，很暖心🥰

帶孩子比賽順便旅遊，前台小姐姐非常熱情，還沒進店就迎上來幫忙提行李了，服務真的很好，房間也大，床也大，離景區很近，離店還送了姑嫂餅，滿級好評。
