Excellent location, quick walking distance from Gimpo airport, huge mall downstairs. Huge room.

Good location and good view when we see in room. If you have chance to visit Seoul, we will visit again.

The hotel is suitable for a layover but the price is too high for what you’re getting. A lot of hotels in Seoul have extreme notions about their hotel and the prices they charge and this hotel is no exception. The room is a decent size and it’s close to the airport. The staff were friendly.

Excellent hotel, good service. We also stored our luggage there while going to Jeju island. Very convenient and close to airport.

It was convenient to stay just by the airport but it was so hard to find in the evening, as there was no clear sign after we arrived Lotte Mall. Hope the hotel will show more details of direction… Room: clean but simple not enough amenities. And even tea/coffee were also very simple one…at least they provided a bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast: A Standard breakfast which is mix of Western and Korean, it was nice but some of the foos was dried and looked not fresh. ( like cheese and hams ) It was disappointing that they only had Americano coffee in their coffee maker machine and their coffee was not great…it was not tasty at all…but stuffs who were working there were nice wand friendly! Location: it was hard to find at the beginning but it’s very convenient since the hotel is just few minutes away from the airport. Also the hotel is directly connected with is Lotte Mall which was very convenient during our stay as there are a lot of options of restaurants around!

Good hotel located a short walk from the International terminal. Very clean and comfortable

Excellent hotel and location. Linkage to mall  is very convenient for shopping. Absence of normal health care needs such as toothbrushes and tooth paste is unusual and confusing as to policy.

Had a flight from Seoul, Gimpo airport to Busan, Gimhae airport. When searching for a hotel at the destination Gimhae airport got a hit on Lotte airport hotel and booked it. On arrival Gimhae airport couldnt find the hotel. Realised that the hotel was located at my depature airport Gimpo. Immidiately sent a request for cancellatiion. After an hour got a message that my request was rejected. No understanding from the hotel!!

Service is so-so considering the price I (my company) paid, I was expecting more perks. Just be honest ... if you are cust-cutting, no need to try acting cool as if you are a Sustainability hero or hard core environmentalist ... Anyway, Seoul's shopping mall culture is apparent and this Lotte property as well, is literally attached to a huge Lotte Shopping Center next to Gimpo Airport, also open until quite late, as late as 10pm. Can't ask for better convenience

Tiny room for its price with no bell/concierge service or anyone to help with your luggage. Pillows were so flat and uncomfortable. Only upside is its convenient location.

Was charged half rate for early check in ...Front staff very accomodative to change my room for better airport view on floor 8. Easy access to lotte mall !

Very convenient for short stay for the next day transit flight via Gimpo airport.
