Janu Tokyo ist das Anxie-Sister-Hotel, das erst letzte Woche eröffnet wurde. Das Hotel befindet sich in meinem beliebten sechs Holz-Edelsteinen-Gebiet in Tokio. Es gibt weniger ein wenig mehr Feindseligkeit als Anxie. Der Cocktail der Bar ist sehr charakteristisch. Jeder Cocktail der Weinliste entspricht einem anderen Gebiet in Tokio. Mit Kunstnern Malerei und Texteinführung bestellte ich zwei Arten von Liebeswein mit einem Tee-Spiel, die wirklich zwei große ”Tee” waren, und die beiden Hände müssen den Tee-Spielern trinken. Tee ist die Bar-Position vor der Hall-Lounge, es gibt nur wenige kleine Tische, das ist sehr unlieblich.

Wir waren von meinem Sohn gebucht, als wir angekommen waren und wir sind mit der gesamten Umgebung zufrieden! Seit 2019 nicht reist, musste sich umstellen und das Personal und die Umgebung haben uns sehr geholfen! Jeder Aspekt des Hotels war Kundenorientiert und Covid bewusst! In der Rezeption war nichts ein Problem und es gab einen ausgezeichneten Englisch-Spracher! Das Essenszimmer passte unseren Bedürfnissen an und die Veranda gab umfangreiche Aussichten auf die Stadt und den Tokio Tower! Das Essen war großzügig und gut vorbereitet und das Abendessen war sehr gut! Ich muss Ken in unserem ersten Aufenthalt besonderen Dank aussprechen und seine sorgfältige Aufmerksamkeit auf unsere Bedürfnisse und unser Verständnis!! Wir würden dieses Hotel gründlich empfehlen, wenn die Menschen nach Japan und natürlich Tokio zurückkehren!

The hotel is centrally located and I think that’s basically the sole reason I may consider staying at it again. Checking in was smooth (thanks to the HK colleague seconded from Ritz Carlton HK), and other than that, I think your hotel staff needs re-training, especially the concierge team! Terrible service and clueless! My friends who were also traveling were not as lucky at check-in. One wasn’t able to get his room at 6pm and was asked to wait (20 mins), and when he finally got his key, he went into the room where someone was already in it. Who could expect this kind of mistake happened in a “modern luxury hotel”? My other friend nearly traumatized trying to check-in with a staff who can’t really speak English and don’t understand what “confirmation number” means. To me, the only disappointment was no upgrade at all even I was a Titanium member then. But well, I of course understand it is “subject to availability”. Hotel itself and its location is superb and definitely create a modern luxury feeling. But I’m staying in a HOTEL and HOSPITALITY and SERVICE should be the most important. And Edition Tokyo fails in all aspect, and maybe this is how you want to create a “lasting memory”? The short lady at the concierge was rude and impolite. When I was trying to ask about the timetable of the airport bus and where the stop is, she simply said why don’t you check it online cos you need to use your credit card and book anyway! I cannot believe this kind of service in Japan, let alone at a 5-star Marriot managed hotel. In the end I let my friend to handle it and she told me she talked to 3 different concierge colleagues and each gave a different answer, in the end it had to escalate up to the duty manager to get a concrete response on how to take the airport bus to Narita. Crazy! Then on separate occasions we went to the lobby bar. We requested to sit by the window and the waiter there said “it is reserved” on every occasion. In the end of course the sofa by the window was empty (and on one occasion it was empty till the bar was closed). I got annoyed and asked for the restaurant manager and I said “if you need a minimum spending just say so, why you have to put us at the bar table?” She said she would look into it and of course no one has yet to give us a good reason why is it the case. And service at the bar was appalling and to a certain extent I would even use “racist” to put it. As a Titanium with Marriot Bonvoy and a Globalist with World of Hyatt, I must say I made a terrible mistake staying at Tokyo Edition. I am sure I would receive better treatment and a better holiday experience if I stay at Andaz Tokyo which is across the street!

Das Zimmer befindet sich im 18. Stock mit Blick auf den Tokyo Tower. Es ist so glücklich 🥳...Das Frühstück ist im 33. Stock. Es ist nicht luxuriös und exquisit. Mit Blick auf den Turmblick fühle ich mich wohl und habe großen Appetit! Es gibt den Tokyo Tower, Parks, Gärten und den Zojoji-Tempel, das Grab der Familie von General Tokugawa, so dass Erwachsene und Kinder herumlaufen können. Die Zimmerausstattung ist sehr angenehm: Ganz zu schweigen von der Trennung von trocken und nass, Badewanne und Dusche sind getrennt, und es fühlt sich super an!

Ich habe im Club Intercontinental Junior Suite Moon übernachtet. Der Service in der Clublounge war ruhig und die Zimmer wurden umfangreich erneuert und sehr sauber und komfortabel. Der Nachmittagstee war genau die richtige Menge und war köstlich mit Ronnefeld-Tee. Die Aussicht ist jedoch subtil, da das Hotel selbst alt ist und die Fenster schmal sind.

Im Izumi Garden Gebäude führt die Taxi-Navigation oft zum anderen Hotel ein kleines Stück, die Kennzeichnung ist sehr klar. Unterhalb der U-Bahn-Station ist es bequem zu reisen. 10 Minuten zu Fuß auf sechs Holzgeschäftsstraßen fühlen sich internationale Freunde mehr als Japaner. Der Hotelservice ist ziemlich gut. Der große Kälteschrank mit einem Kühlschrank für Kühlartikel kann nicht vom Hallmanager helfen, in den Hotelkühlschrank zu setzen, um die erste Klasse zu lösen.

Gute Lage. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass es im leeren Bereich an der Rezeption einen Arbeitsbereich mit kostenlosen Getränken und Verkaufsstellen gibt. Es war ein Zweibettzimmer, aber schade, dass das Bett recht schmal war. Es ist schön, dass es zwei Aufzüge gibt und es ziemlich schnell geht. Es gab keine Badewanne, aber es gab 3 Arten von Duschen und es war sehr gut. Es wird auch hoch bewertet, dass es einen Luftreiniger gibt, der befeuchten kann. Schön ist auch die indirekte Beleuchtung. Schön ist auch, dass die Vorhänge doppellagig waren und so ziemlich abdunkelten. Es war ein Raum, in dem die Morgensonne aufging, daher wäre es vielleicht gut gewesen, eine erstklassige Verdunkelung zu haben. Sind Sie insgesamt unzufrieden? Das Logo ist hässlich und sollte verbessert werden.

We always love staying at Tokyo Prince hotel! This time it was bigger room so we fully enjoyed our stay. Location is great very close to venter of Tokyo and easy to go to Haneda airport. This time I have learnt that there is a shuttle bus to Hamamatsu-cho station which is very convenient. Stuffs are very polite and friendly that make us feel comfortable and they’re willing to help us. Thai time we also enjoyed a course at one of Japanese restaurants which was very delicate and superb! We fully recommend others to try if they want to try proper Japanese food! One thing that I was disappointed this time was that room desk was dirty, looked like cleaning wasn’t donw properly so I had to clean it by myself. ( looked like previous customers tea or food stain was still there at a desk ) Tokyo Price hotel is one of the traditional and famous legendary hotel so I hope they can improve their cleaning method and make sure it’s clean before new customers come and stay. And when we stayed there before there was coffee machine but seems not this time so it was a hit disappointed too…hope they can provide it again… However over all our stay was comfortable so we will come back when we come back to Japan!

Der größte Vorteil dieses Hotels ist die Lage. Es ist besonders praktisch, um geschäftlich, zum Einkaufen und Essen zu gehen. Besonders zum Essen, direkt im Zentrum von Roppongi. Als ich dort war, herrschte in Japan Ausnahmezustand. Die meisten Restaurants schlossen um 20 Uhr und servierten keine Getränke. Roppongi hat noch wie gewohnt Bars und Restaurants geöffnet

Großes Hotel und erstaunliches Aufenthaltsort! Front Desk Staff war großartig! Die Art und Weise, wie sie mich mit einem Lächeln näherte, machte mich zu fühlen “Familien willkommen” Willkommen trinken war erstaunlich und Lobby war auch WOW wie eine Sportbar. Als ich ins Zimmer kam, fühlte ich mich entspannt und erfrischend wegen der großen Einrichtung und Reinigung durch Hausbetreuungspersonal. Es war erstaunlich, dass alles, was ich im Zimmer brauchte. Ausstattung, Kaffee usw. Die Bar im 9. Stock hat einen großen Blick und wunderbare Unterschriftskocktails. Barpersonal war professionell und wunderschön! Vielen Dank, ich komme wieder. Das Lively Hotel zeigte mir eine große Gastfreundschaft.

Overall this place was just ok. Japan has a high bar for hotels, most of them are going to be good, if not great. This hotel just has a lot of small annoyances that add up and made it my least favorite hotel out of the four I stayed at on this trip. First the good: Good location within walking distance of the two big malls in Roppongi, Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills. Two metro lines stop nearby. The hotel itself is nice but feels slightly dated. There’s a view of Tokyo Tower from most of the rooms but especially higher floors. Overall I liked Roppongi. It seems like a place where real Tokyoites live and work as opposed to the more popular places mobbed by tourists. The bad: The bathrooms. Incredibly small, with absolutely no space between the toilet, bathtub, and sink. I know Tokyo rooms are small but this bathroom is especially bad. Also, the floor in the bathroom is sunken, as in lower than the rest of the room so you have to step down every time you enter. This caught me by surprise more than once. Also the floor felt a bit unstable…kind of like it was made of a plastic layer you stand on above the real floor. At least it was clean. There’s a lot of weird unsafe parts of the room, which is especially a worry with kids. The step down into the bathroom I mentioned. There’s a sharp edge next to the bed on the couch/nightstand that I scratched myself on. There’s a glass table with pointy edges that just feels out of place in the tiny room. The plugs and light switches are right in the middle of the bed headrest which makes them easy for kids to play with and makes it so your charging cables are running across the bed. The elevator is annoying. It ALWAYS stops on the 3rd floor (reception) no matter what. The ground level exit is on the 2nd floor, so you always stop unnecessarily on 3 when either entering or exiting the hotel. The 1st floor is inexplicably the parking area behind the hotel, don’t get caught assuming the first floor is the ground level exit. There’s a real lack of breakfast in the area. The hotel breakfast opens later (7:30?), we never went because it was too late. One day we just gave up and ate breakfast at FamilyMart. Roppongi is not well connected to the rest of Tokyo on the Metro. Most places you want to go are going to require a transfer. Neither of the lines that stop near the hotel go directly to Tokyo station. Both Haneda and Narita require extra transfers. Even Shibuya which is not far away at all requires two trains or a bus. Especially annoying if you have luggage or kids in tow.

Ich habe eine Nacht gereist. Nahe dem Kreuzweg von sechs Holzbäumen, von der Station bis zum Hotel gibt es bequeme Laden, Restaurants und Apotheken. Es ist sehr bequem, was zu reisen ist. Das Zimmer hat etwas, was es braucht, und es gibt auch einen Luftreiniger. Nicht klein, aber nicht zulassend ... Ich fühle mich immer so freundlich und einzigartig. Im Business Hotel wurde das Zimmer mit einem Kartenkarten verwendet, die 々 lange dauert. Das Gefühl des Personals auf der Rezeption ist nicht zu freundlich und nicht sehr freundlich, aber sehr mäßig, aber die Atmosphäre ist sehr gut.

The hotel is VERY small, too small. We booked the biggest room which was stated as 24 sqm. When we first entered into the room we were shocked. This was the smallest room we have ever stayed. Two small beds had to put next to each other, otherwise you can't walk in. And there was no seating area for you to rest unless you sit on the bed. Luggage cannot be opened in the room freely and we had to make our way to adjust that. We paid almost aud$300 per night and the whole experience was disappointing. Service was very friendly and location was good. But because the room was too small, we cannot enjoy our stay in the hotel. Almost everything is self serviced, they don't even have lotion and cotton tip.

Diesmal, eine Nacht lang. Die Mitarbeiter haben eine sehr sorgfältige Erklärung, obwohl sie freundlich sind, aber sehr komfortabel. Männer und Frauen teilen den Schlafzimmern, 8:00 Uhr 〜 bis 0:00 Uhr, ein wenig unkomfortable (weil sie nicht essen können, um halb Nacht), außer dem, die Stockwerke und die gemeinsame Teile fühlen sich auch täglich gereinigt und sehr sauber Ich hoffe, Sie werden es noch einmal verwenden.
