The room is consider big for single or couple, clean and near Tokyo station. Inside the hotel lobby there is a coffee machine, microwave and the lobby itself quite spacious. There is a convenient store (7-eleven) also near the hotel. Last to mention, the bed layout so comfy with the console to control the light, charge phone and timer with alarm.

The room is neat and cute. The location is not bad, 10 mins walk to Tokyo station or a few minutes from the nearby metro station. The staff are nice and friendly. With this price in Tokyo is really competitive to those who don't have much budget but you will have to expect the room to be really tiny.

The bedroom consider clean and enough for couples stay. Every day can redeem the free water bottle from counter with the receipt from towel bag. Free coffee and hot or cold water provided in lobby which is the best. The only not good is the bathtub easily trapped by long hair, need to pick the hair to throw onto dustbin. Or else the water unable to drain out from bathtub. Other than this, overall is good.

Though the room was available for us to checkin we were there at the front desk at about Noon, and we were denied to check in. We even mentioned and requested that we shall be checking out before 6 AM the next day, the front desk persons were very rigid in their approach. They said that we can only checkin after 3 PM. One of the young staff was kind enough to let us put our 2 bags in the room, but did not allow us to freshen up, though the room was already cleaned and ready to occupy. We on the contrary checked in at night post 9 Pm as we were out doing sightseeing and last minute shopping for our daughters.
A kind request to be more accommodating than being so rigid. Will surely opt for another hotel the next time me or my family members travel.
This is my personal opinion, and no offense meant to anyone.
P.S. The rooms were very small too.

Location is quite out of the way (5-10 minute walk from Tokyo station) but because it is still close to the heart of the centre, it was convenient for me to move to Osaka the next day. The room was nice and clean in general, so it was a good rest for one night

Good for an extra night in Tokyo. It’s located at a quiet area and is a quiet hotel. Room is surprisingly not too small with proper bath and working to (adults channel on demand too).
Overall nothing to complain about, checkout is smooth with auto machine.
Price is very reasonable so if you don’t mind that walk from Tokyo station, it’s very worthwhile for value.

good location around 300-500m to Nihonbashi Metro Station and Kayabacho Station, or JR Hatchobori Station, 200m away from Pokemon Cafe, 10 Mins walk to JR/Metro Tokyo Station, such a good location for a good price, worth it, will book again when im back!! Amenities provided at hotel lobby is great - free coffee , free plastic bags, free comb , water dispenser , a vending machine and a microwave!!
