Dieses Hotel liegt günstig im Zentrum von Tenby und bietet einfachen Zugang zu Geschäften, Pubs, Restaurants und dem Strand. Das Hotel ist komfortabel und das Personal hilfsbereit und angenehm. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 70 Kindern + Eltern auf einer Rugby-Tour aus Irland und spielten gegen Tenby & St Clears RFC. Alle hatten einen wunderbaren und komfortablen Aufenthalt im Premier Inn Tenby. Das Personal war freundlich und einladend. Das Hotel kam uns entgegen, indem es vor dem Einchecken 70 Gepäckstücke abgab, da wir früh ankamen. Ein paar kleine Probleme mit den Schlüsseln/Zimmerlisten (verständlich bei einer so großen Gruppe, wurden aber von Ewan und Ben effizient behoben.

Recently stayed at Tenby Premier Inn on a business trip. Staff were great and food was lovely. The room had everything I needed. I was upgraded to a premier plus room by work as it was the last room available and I was really pleased with the extras you get.

Room was tired with a smell of damp. Carpet was grubby, as was the bathroom fittings with a toilet seat that moved around its mountings like a funfair ride. The TV did not work properly and all stations pixelated all of the time to the point of being unwatchable. You can’t even console yourself with downloading anything on tablet or phone, because the so-called free Wi-Fi is so slow (0.5mb/s) that it would take all night to download 15 minutes of playable programmes. Unless, of course you dipped into your pocket for an upgrade to the Wi-Fi with no guarantee it will be better. Premier inn Is a.bit like easyJet. You think you are getting a bargain, except by the time you pay for the extras that you would get everywhere else as standard, you are paying more - EXCEPT it is not cheap to start with and one night at the cheapest in Tenby is about £70, which if you shop around you could find a perfectly reasonable guest house or b&b for the same money with all of the ‘extras’ Avoid!!!

Very good check in with a lovely gentlemen. Great breakfast, plenty of choice. Couldn’t go wrong with a stay here. Right in the centre of Tenby. Comfy beds. £6 parking in multi story for 24hrs. There are other car parks slightly more expensive.

My second time staying at this Premier Inn. Previously, when I stayed, it was a quiet winter stay. This time, it was the height of the Easter holidays, and I've got to say everything was just as good. All of the staff were busy but nothing was too much trouble, the room was lovely and clean and the restaurant served excellent breakfast and Dinner. Would highly recommend.

Stayed four nights in Tenby for a mini break. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it’s only a short walk to just about anywhere in town. However everything else if generally very average and just about functional. The room was clean, but not very well appointed and showing a few signs of age. The staff were polite, but were going through the motions, and the bar / restaurant areas were mainly always closed and were just used by the hotel staff as their own common area.

Stayed in premier plus room which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. In prime location . Stayed in for meals in the evening which were very nice especially the desserts, and the breakfasts were great. I have stayed in several premier inns and this one did not disappoint would highly recommend and travelling alone I felt very comfortable there.

When we first opened the door to our room, we found that the curtain was hanging off the rail and the duvet pulled up as if in a rush. Complained to reception and we were upgraded to the premier plus room which was satisfactory until it came to lights out. We found that the air con/ heater wasn’t working. We didn’t complain this time because it was late and we didn’t want anyone coming to our room. With out a doubt, we feel that the hotel has dropped in standards and the evening meal ( meal deal ) was like a kids meal. On the plus side, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and the breakfast was superb, great value.
