The room is good, and the check-in and check-out process is very easy with friendly staff. However, they didn’t have candles for birthday cake celebrations. I booked the king-size bed room, but they didn’t provide conditioner. The suites do provide it.

Very comfortable hotel. Near ktv, good food and massage shops. Will stay in this hotel again if I'm staying in the Austin area.

I think they never changed the bed sheet and clean the room properly. We did not see any new bed sheet on the house keeping cart. The housekeeper just went into the room and clean it. No change of bed sheet. We are talking about room that has been checked out. They also applied a huge amount of air refresher in the room like wanting to cover up something. Won't go there again, and regretted booking there. Look at the picture. Did they look like new bed sheets? It's all crumpled!

Second time here but first time i managed to find an available slot for a suite room and boy was the bathtub gorgeous and worth the extra costs. Large, luxuriant and lovely, the suite i was given was designed elegantly, with a nice touch of floral china tea and cup sets. Location is within walking distance of most of the vaunted and vouched-for cafes, eateries and KTV lounges. One of the better hotels in the area, though its fame has reached such a stage that weekend availability is almost non-existent!

Very cosy and nicely designed boutique hotel. Room is spacious but toilet is pretty small. The sink didn't have latch to place toiletries. Comfortable bed. Hotel is walking distance to many eateries. Value for money hotel.

Great place to stay at! The room is quite clean and spacious, the hot water is nice and warm. There’s also a lot of food nearby, which makes the hotel very accessible.

For the price we paid, i must say its very worth it. Only issue is soundproof quality, besides that everything is good. Water pressure, heater, bedding all is good. 2 bottles of water provided. Hair dryer is also provided. Alot of food around the area and a massage shop just downstairs.

location is great in the mount Austin area. value for money stay. cleanliness is largely acceptable. toilet is small but manageable, hot water for shower was available most of the time.

The lobby is beautiful with water provided for guests to re-charge and fill up their water bottles. Lobby smells nice with lemon grass scent. The room is spacious enough for 2 guests. All works well in the room.

The location is great. Walking distance to eateries. Many hotpots and china cuisine around the area. Hotel is clean. Disposable slipper is provided. Room has USB cleaning port. Ample space in hotel to place our vanity stuff.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable for a good sleep. Internet wifi was extremely disappointing. Slow and intermittent no access. Had to make several calls to reception to reset Went out at 9am, hang a make up room tag for room to be clean. Came back at 4pm room still not clean. Housekeeping require lots of room for improvement. There was a lot of dust on the toilet door . Poor housekeeping and wifi brought the overall hotel rating to poor.

Cosy hotel. Easy to find. Bersih. Staff semua ok. Requested late check out sebab kerja tak siap lagi. Kena caj RM50 utk sampai pukul 3pm. Cuma tempat makan untuk Muslims takde area sini. Terpaksa cari di area Taman Daya, tapi tak jauh pun. Definitely will repeat stay kat sini jika ada kerja di JB lagi.

When we arrived outside the hotel it looked ordinary but when we entered the hotel we were shocked by the interior design, it was great, it felt like being in the jungle, feeling the eco green environment. The hotel also offers decoration or set-up activities, so for those who want to surprise their partner or plan a celebration, you can ask the staff for advice. They have few package to enquiry. Bed is comfortable, got a lots of socket for charging or other usage. Best recommended
