1. 온수가 잘 나오지 않고 수압이 약합니다. 2. 와이파이가 안되거나 약합니다. 그러나 호스트는 친절합니다. 해결해주도록 노력했습니다.

房間面積尚可，除了沒有空調之外，其它還好，頂層的餐廳風景也挺好。酒店位置也在小鎮中心，吃飯很方便。

酒店衞生非常乾淨，早餐非常豐富！最重要的是老闆非常熱情厚道，預約熱氣球比外面都便宜，兑換貨幣也是完全按匯率不收取手續費，比機場兑換點動不動20%厚道到沒辦法形容了了。我忘記預約巴士去機場，老闆比我還急，越好了以後拉我到餐廳喝咖啡，我計劃打的，他們一直攔着，叫我沒必要浪費這個錢，時間足夠，好温暖！我看了今天還有飛機，就是晚點我再買一張機票也甘心👍

Lovely place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make arrangements for us. Great location, just a few seconds walk from dozens of restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the open air museum. Good breakfast and nice views from the roof terrace.

The staff were attentive and helpful providing advice and what pay for various things such as transport. One of the owners is an ex chef so made me gluten free flatbread for breakfast. If you're a coeliac it's a great place to stay as you can eat breakfast with confidence.

Big room and big shower, helpful staff, generous breakfast buffet, central location and lovely rooftop terrace. Warmly recommended. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return. The staff can help with various recommendations and bookings.

What a wonderful hotel, feels like home from home. Friendly staff, halil looked after us, very helpful. Food was lovely. Amazing views. Would definitely recommend. Amazing location near to the open museum. Clean, budget friendly and such welcoming staff.

Absolutely delightful hotel. The staff were amazing and so friendly and accommodating. I didn’t want to leave. Very homely and great value. The hotel also arranged a wonderful evening to a live show. Cappodicia won my heart. Me and my two daughters stayed at this wonderful hotel.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly & helpful. I arrived before check-in & was offered Turkish tea on the terrace while I waited. I stayed in the economy double room on the first floor & it was clean & a good size. The hotel is perfectly located for walking around Goreme. The breakfast buffet had a good selection for a small hotel. The family that run the hotel also own the pottery shop across the road, well worth a visit. I would definitely stay here again.

4. Good experience. Clean and excellent attention Family Halil and Isa Ayash, and the good assistant Farhad Faizi. Good localisation, fast to the centre city. If you need anything, and others information speak and they appoint solutions.

Lovely hotel with exceptional friendly staff. Owner was very helpful and kind. Lovely breakfast, rooms were clean and inviting. I loved the atmosphere of this hotel.. lovely little terrace over looking the fairy chimneys. Great location, easy to get to the hot air balloon rides. Would throughly recommend:)

Our hosts waited for our late arrival and greeted us with care. What a perfect spot to view the balloons rising in the morning! Exceptional hospitality….wonderful breakfast, friendly accommodating staff, clean rooms. The rooftop terrace was available to us when we wanted to relax with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

We stayed here three full days (two nights) as we arrived early and departed late. The hotel is clean warm and tasteful. The breakfast was exceptional for variety and after sleeping in late one morning we were informed they had kept it open just for us. This was just one of the many many extra touches this hotel and its staff provided to us. I have never encountered staff like these four men. I work in hospitality myself and I know how tough it is to keep on providing. We were treated like his long lost neices :) The owner helped us plan our day, book trips, recommended dinner, and even got us an icecream one evening! I feel like I will never enjoy a hotel again and always compare to here. The Stone Palace doesn't have luxury spas or restaurants like other expensive hotels, but these hotels don't have Isa and his team. We travelled after Göreme, to Istanbul to a "fancy" hotel which was twice the price and we commented many times on how it just wasn't as good as The Stone Palace. I will definitely be back again. We didn't thank you enough!!
