"Fantastic apartment situated right above Paradigm Mall in Skudai. Had the option to go with another apartment service, but we chose to go with Antlerzone as the decor and cleanliness in the pictures drew us to it.
We made the right choice. The apartment was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed the beds and the pillows so much that I am ordering 8 of them for my new home (they deliver to Singapore).
Apartment connects directly to the mall from lifts 1 and 2 at levels 4, 3, 2, UG and B from 10am to 10pm. All other times, be prepared to enter from Upper Ground (UG) level next to Chucky Cat Cafe which will bring you lots of joy.
Will be back! Thank you for responsive service and friendly reminders to check out by 11am. They will ask for a 10/10 review at the end of your stay but we were already intending to give it to them."

"Luftkontakt im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Unbeständig in diesen wenigen Tagen, als das Wetter so heiß war. Wir mussten früher aussehen, um uns in Luftkontaktzentren zu schlucken. Heizung im gemeinsamen Badezimmer funktionierte auch nicht ordnungsgemäß. Wasser war immer noch heiß, obwohl der Anruf von instant Heater auf “off”. Wir mussten beide Dusche Kopf/Tappen wechseln, um das heiße und kalte Wasser selbst zu mischen. Keine Handsaft wurde gegeben, obwohl Covid uns gelehrt, um Hygiene zu beachten."

"Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly."

"Genug für einen Nachtaufenthalt mit dem Grundstück - das Bett ist sauber, der Wasserdruck ist gut. Wie es ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer gibt - eigentlich ist es gut, Freunde für kurze Getränke zu einladen, aber keine zusätzlichen Betten für Gäste.
Finden Sie den Tatami Mat ein bisschen schmutzig.
Die Lage ist ziemlich gut - berühmte da tou lala Claypot ist nur unten. Viele KTV-Sitze in der Walkweite

DDarrenThe capsule pod was clean and spacious enough to sit up straight while leaning against the wall. The aircon inside the pod is not as cooling as in the room though, so be mindful of that. Duvet is quite thick so some people might feel hot if they use it through the night. Also the common space was pretty dark and gloomy, contrary to the pictures put up by the owners. Also contrary to the pictures all the computers are off, and the LAN room was also shut, so I don't think guests can use them. Definitely feels like the place has seen better days
Shower has heater also but hot water only comes out when the pressure is set low. If pressure is set all the way the water is cold for some reason.
Location is convenient at the heart of mount Austin, so can cover most popular restaurants, convenience stores and even a Jaya grocer within a 5-10 minute walking distance
Counter staff consists of an uncle and auntie, probably the owners. Their attitude was not very friendly, and give you a frowning face everytime they see you. Maybe that's just their default facial expression, but didn't feel very welcome nonetheless. But oh well, the location alone more than makes up for their hospitality shortcomings.

Entrance to the residences is at south entrance of paradigm mall, ug level. If you’re in the mall, find the car cafe, exit the mall and turn right. You’ll see the entrance to the residences. As it’s not a hotel, if you’re early, there is no space to store your luggage so do take note. There are luggage storage machines nearby though.
As can see for the photos, the view is great, unblocked view. There is a Lego wall to keep your little ones entertained. Tv is a smart tv so can log in to YouTube, Netflix etc…
Only slight irritating part is that you’ll need to lock the door for electricity to be turned on. Slightly inconvenient if not everyone is leaving the apartment to head out. Some one has to lock the door after you and open the door for you after that. Another issue is that there is only one access card. The access card is needed to enter the lift lobby and to press the lift floor. So that can be quite inconvenient if ppl have different schedules.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash.

GGoh Zhe LiangCheap place if you don't mind quality as a single business traveller. They were in the midst of renovation which happens during the day time so doesn't affect me when I am outside the whole day.
Jaya grocer is located inside the Austin mall and is just 5mins walk away. Lots of eateries, but for more halal food options might have to go further out. The restaurant connected to the hotel only opens for lunch and dinner and non-halal.
There is no free parking outside and have to pay using the app.

Parking is at your own cost shouldn't be difficult to find parking lot.
Room is huge and basic service, cleanliness can be improve. Toilet shower head is mouldy.
Red sofa is not quite clean for me to sit so I just put my luggage.

GGastnutzerWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w
