4 von uns überprüfte in The Arden’s über den Wochenende für eine 2-Tage-Reise in jb. Wir überprüften in den Luxus-König. Es gibt eine Sicherheit, um über den Außenpark zu schauen, und Front Desk verfügbar 24/7. Diese sind Pluspunkte. Die Handtücher sind alle präsent und gelb, der Luftkon sind nicht kalt, und die Bettwäsche hatten Farben und Fliesen von Haaren, die vom vorherigen Gast überlassen wurden (Ich glaube). Allerdings ist die Lage sehr bequem, aber ich bin nicht bereit, für einen Aircon, der warmes Luftblasen, so glaube ich nicht, dass ich bei The Arden's bleiben werde, bis sie wieder renovieren. Aber trotzdem danke für den Aufenthalt.

Great location as it is near to places we frequent. Apartment was ok. Security is tight which is good. Downside is only one car allowed to park at designated lot despite it being a family friendly apartment. We had 6 adults and a toddler.
The apartment we got is not kids friendly. Remotes for TV and aircon were missing batteries and not working well. The balcony was missing a wooden panel. Luckily I noticed so I had to keep the sliding doors locked at all times as I have a toddler. Toilet floors were super slippery when wet and we fell as a result. Furnitures and appliances were dated, beds/mattresses had squeaking sounds.
Overall ok lah for short stay. Not the most comfy but bearable. Might come back again as the location is convenient for us.

Cleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.

GGuest UserDer Preis ist ziemlich teuer für Boutique-Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch schwer zu finden, weil das Logo klein ist und durch andere, größere Unterzeichen abgedeckt ist.
Daher bin ich mit OKU Person mit Rollstuhl die Einfahrt ist für sie nicht geeignet, aber der Parkplatz am Grundstück hat eine Rampe, um den Rollstuhl zu pu.
Das Hotel-Zähler befindet sich im Erdgeschoss.
Das Zimmer, das ich bekomme, ist etwas klein - für Muslimreisende - ist für sie schwer zu beten, weil der Raum zu klein ist.
Aber die Lage des Hotels ist großartig mit vielen Restaurants, schnellen Speisen und Hypermarkt.

GGastnutzer10 Minuten vom Berg Austin-Bereich entfernt. Sauberkeit braucht etwas Verbesserung, da Staub auf dem Rack gesehen werden kann. Wasserfarbe im Toilettenleck, aber kein Problem. insgesamt ziemlich sauber und komfortabel !
Wifi muss verbessert werden. Empfangskontrolle ziemlich schnell, aber es muss mehr Lächeln. Vielleicht war das Personal als Urlaubssaison erschöpft.
