Großartig
RR Katy YMy 1st experience booking an apartment. For a first timer, clear and precise instructions were deeply appreciated. Paradigm Residence is a well maintained building with impressive security facilities, convenient access to e mall as well. Our apartment with 3 bedrooms comfortably fitted 7 of us, it was on a high floor with a great night view. A couple of points to mention is that cleanliness can be improved and that as we were next to e highway, e traveling vehicles could be heard throughout e night, prayers nearby were audible around 6 or 7am too. There was a vacuum and a mop at e yard and we cleaned up upon checking in.
Delight Homestay team is very prompt in providing instructions and response. Ultimately, it was a pleasant stay for my family and we will be back.

YYiChaoThe ventilation fan lighting couldn’t be turned off and it’s very bright. Couldn’t get into sleep. Would suggest hostel to deactivate that light. Overall experience is great, however female toilet cleaness have to improve . Reasonable price for travelers stay.

HHi there!Apartment is located just above the Paradigm mall. We were only given one access key card for our 2 bedroom unit. This caused much inconvenience as we can’t get in and out of the apartment freely as individuals. Unfortunately for us, the washing machine was leaking and unusable. We were only given one bath towel for each of us during our stay, without any hand towels. No toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner and only 2 trash bins/bags in the unit. There’s no microwave and no wine opener too. Every unit is allocated one fixed parking lot. Additional parking requires approval for parking in visitors lot from the guard house. There is no front desk to get help from even during the day. Everything is communicated thru WhatsApp.

GGastnutzerWhile it took some time for us to find the heater. We found it in the end in the master bedroom.
Also the QR Code for the keypass was wrong, but a short Whatsapp to the Stay's Team and they gave us a new code.
Otherwise, was clean, was nice and bed was good. Sadly me and wife use 2 blankets so that single queen-size blanket was .... small :P

GGastnutzerI recently stayed at the JS Hotel and, while the location was convenient, the overall experience left something to be desired. The hotel felt a bit outdated, and the rooms could use some attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. It’s clear that the property could benefit from a refresh to improve its comfort and appeal.
On the positive side, the hotel is within walking distance of Aeon Shopping Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and dining. There’s also a convenience store right outside, making it easy to grab essentials.
Overall, if you're just looking for a basic, no-frills place to stay in a prime location, JS Hotel could work. However, if you're looking for a more modern or well-maintained experience, you might want to explore other options.

GGastnutzerBuchung nicht rauchen, aber wenige Zimmer sind auch mit Zigarettengeräucher und Zigarettenbutt im Toilettenbecken und im Boden. (Ich bat um einen Zimmerwechsel)
Floch im Zimmer.
Krackte Toilettenbowl, Düse unsicher zu verwenden.
Auch sah die Katze auf dem Tisch erbrechen, die im Wartebereich der Lobby wartete.
Bislang ist die Lage gut.

antlerzone's customer service is very prompt when we feedback any issues with the apartment and gives very clear instructions. We like the location because it's near quite a number of vegetarian eateries. Also we liked the foldable mattress and extra bed linen + blanket that came with it.
Cons:
A pity that the apartment is very run down. Sink tap was wobbly, kitchen countertop was damaged, musty smell throughout the stay and the fan remote controls weren't working. The state of the unit makes me very hesitant to book any apartments managed by antlerzone for my future stays.

TThiam WoonCleanliness can be improved. The window in toilet was opened, wild birds like pigeon poop on the wall and not to mention spidey from trees nearby...
Distance wise is centrally located in middle of Aeon mall, Ikea and toppen mall. GT go-kart is also stones throw away with mininpasar malam.
Not encouraged if you are a light sleeper as crows start calling at 5am+ and a lot of noise from main road. It also depends on your luck that other stayers are no as noisy in the living/common area. Basically it is a house that has 4 rooms rented out as homestay with shared kitchen and hall.
If you are looking for a budget stay which is convenience then that's fine. Overall i am ok with the stay so would give an overall 3 stars as the owner is also friendly.
