Wartete für 1 Nacht alles war großartig! Der Wohnort liegt in der Nähe des Paradigm Malls, so dass es leicht zugänglich ist, Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Der Gastgeber/Verwaltung war freundlich und reaktiv, und die Anweisungen für Ein-/Auscheckung waren klar und problemlos. Die Einheit selbst war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet perfekt für größere Familien oder Gruppen. Jeder hatte genug Platz, um komfortabel zu entspannen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber Sie müssen RM100 in bar für eine Einzahlung, die bei der Abreise zurückzugeben ist. Es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, in der Nähe zu Fuß, einschließlich Heiße Kette, BBQ und Skivor.

Initially new can't contact the receptionist and we do not know how to check in the unit. We have keep call and contact trip.com to resolve the issue for us. Is a bit tedious. In the email,.it mentioned just contact via WhatsApp, however, we call multiple time but no one answered the call, until we call the hotline.

The hotel is well maintained and the room is clean and quiet. It is also quite large at 25m².The staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is basic but adequate. VIP parking is 50 ringgit ...just outside the lobby and sheltered. Parking away from tbe lobby is 30 ringgit but not sheltered. There is another carpark in the basement which is free for hotel guests. There is a big supermarket and a Mr DIY at basement 1. There are many eateries and restaurants around the hotel...and I really mean many. We felt safe and comfortable staying in this hotel.

We booked this for a night to meet up with friends in jb a lot of food options and a very nice spa couple of doors down. The staffs at the hotel were all quite friendly and room was spacious with basic amenities

Dies ist nicht mein erster Aufenthalt hier – ich hatte zuvor ein fensterloses Zimmer gebucht und fand es mehr als ausreichend. Die Unterkunft ist ordentlich, sauber und modern, was für einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt sorgte. Dieses Mal entschied ich mich für ein Zimmer mit Fenster, und der freie Blick war noch angenehmer. Das fensterlose Zimmer lag im ersten Stock, und der Flurlärm war deutlich schwerer zu ignorieren. Dieses Zimmer, das sich über der ersten Etage befindet, ist deutlich ruhiger und friedlicher. Besonders für Alleinreisende sehr empfehlenswert!

The hotel location is easy to access. No convenient store or minimart near to the hotel unless you drive to opporsite road, but no worries as there is vending machine at hotel lobby if you need to get some drinks or snacks. Fast check-in, room is clean and spacious. The room isn't well soundproofed, if you're sensitive to noise, you can bring your own earplugs.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.
