Der Gastgeber/Verwaltung war freundlich und reaktiv, und die Anweisungen für Ein-/Auscheckung waren klar und problemlos. Die Einheit selbst war sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet perfekt für größere Familien oder Gruppen. Jeder hatte genug Platz, um komfortabel zu entspannen.

Had a pleasant stay at Austin Regency by MWM. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward, and the unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short getaway. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options, shopping malls, and attractions nearby in the Mount Austin area. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions throughout the stay. Overall, it was a convenient and enjoyable experience. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and would consider staying here again in the future.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Honestly, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, the bed is unbelievably hard — it feels more like sleeping on a wooden board than a mattress. On top of that, the air conditioning is extremely noisy, making it almost impossible to fall asleep or stay asleep throughout the night. What made it even worse is the pillows. They are excessively hard and uncomfortably high, causing serious neck discomfort. I genuinely do not understand how any guest is expected to get a proper rest under these conditions. I even called the front desk to request a different pillow, but was told that all pillows are the same and cannot be changed. This kind of response is completely unacceptable for any hotel that claims to provide comfort and service. Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. Sehr bequeme Lage mit Spazierweiterung zu Jaya Grocer, 7-11 und sogar Nanyang Street (über Nacht). Im Bett sehr gut geschlafen und liebte die Schranke.

I had a pleasant stay at Miico Hotel @ Mount Austin. For the price, it offers excellent value for money. The room was surprisingly spacious and came with two comfortable queen-size beds, making it perfect for families or small groups. The air conditioning was strong and kept the room cool throughout the stay, which was much appreciated. The instant water heater worked well with consistent hot water, and all the lights and room facilities were in good working condition. Another nice touch was the lobby, where guests can enjoy complimentary drinking water, which is convenient after a long day out. Overall, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay in the Mount Austin area, Miico Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. The place is spacious with 3 double beds. The location is unbeatable with eateries surrounding it. There is a fridge and dining table.. However, when I had trouble unlocking the gate, my calls to the management went unanswered. My messages were replied by ai. Repetitive, polite messages that did nothing to help us. In the end, the security officer of the building helped us. Many thanks to him! He saved our day! The ac in the master bedroom wasn't working. We ended up not sleeping in the master bedroom. We booked level 15 and got level 12 instead. Management kept insisting level 12 was booked under my name even though i have provided the screenshot of my booking showing level 15. No hand-wash was provided as well. All in, if I were to turn a blind eye to the above, I might book again. I love its location, affordable price and space. The view from the 12th floor is pretty too.
