This is our N times staying at KSL Hotel,unfortunately, the room this time was not satisfactory, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom. There were stains on the toilet seat, which made me afraid to use it. I had to place a piece of tissue on it every time. Also, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making it uncomfortable to bath. Furthermore, they did not provide a shower cap.
We’ve stayed here many times but never went down for breakfast. This time, we finally got up early to check it out. The variety was limited, with outdoor seating and basic items like bread and curry. We haven’t tried the hot spring before,maybe we’ll check it out next time.
As regular guests of KSL Resort, we sincerely hope that the management will take our feedback seriously and make improvements.

What we love about the place is really the cleanliness, top notch! Location wise, decent depends on where you are planning to head, but honestly, to KSL is around 30 mins drive. We will go back for the cleanliness. There are small snacks for the kids and games too, and this makes them feel much at home.

Entrance to the residences is at south entrance of paradigm mall, ug level. If you’re in the mall, find the car cafe, exit the mall and turn right. You’ll see the entrance to the residences. As it’s not a hotel, if you’re early, there is no space to store your luggage so do take note. There are luggage storage machines nearby though.
As can see for the photos, the view is great, unblocked view. There is a Lego wall to keep your little ones entertained. Tv is a smart tv so can log in to YouTube, Netflix etc…
Only slight irritating part is that you’ll need to lock the door for electricity to be turned on. Slightly inconvenient if not everyone is leaving the apartment to head out. Some one has to lock the door after you and open the door for you after that. Another issue is that there is only one access card. The access card is needed to enter the lift lobby and to press the lift floor. So that can be quite inconvenient if ppl have different schedules.
Towels are provided, as well as shampoo and body wash.

CCC..Meine Entschuldigungen für das blurbild. Ich habe keine Fotos gemacht. Aber ich habe ein Video aufgenommen, so dass ich das Video für die Fotos schauen muss. Ich hatte eine harte Zeit, um den Ort zu suchen, wie es am Eck ist. Der Name des Ortes ist Sleepz, wenn meine Erinnerung richtig ist. Die Umgebung ist cool. Ich liebe die Privatsphäre, die ich hatte. Es gibt auch Computer, die verwendet werden können. Jedoch habe ich es nicht verwendet, wie ich meine Arbeit tun werde anstatt entspannen. Haha. der Abstand war, es waren einige fliegende Fehler, die mich begleiten, als ich dusche. Die Tante und Onkel sind auch sehr freundlich. Ich werde definitiv zurückkommen 😁

PPapa LimMiico Hotel @ Mount Austin is an excellent choice for a comfortable and convenient stay. The location is fantastic, being close to AEON Tebrau, making shopping and dining easily accessible. The 24-hour check-in service is incredibly convenient, especially for late arrivals. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, creating a great first impression. The rooms are spotless, reflecting excellent housekeeping standards. Additionally, Belly Cafe, located nearby, is a wonderful spot for a delicious breakfast to start your day right. One area for improvement would be the thin walls, as normal conversations from neighboring rooms can sometimes be heard. Overall, highly recommended!

JJC19Booked the family suite but was a tad disappointed. It is okay if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night, definitely not for the fussies. Toilet roll holder could not be found but only a tissue dispenser which was not near the toilet bowl but situated next to the sink, making it hard to reach out for it when you need it for your ‘business’. So some planning seriously went wrong here.
This place needs some touching up if possible. Only 1 card key was given. An additional one needs to pay deposit for it.
Redemption was there’s nice food available across the road only.

GGastnutzerWe reached the hotel at about 11.30pm from Songapore on 8/4. Upon reaching, we asked the security guard about the booking procedure. He does not know anything about it. He showed that there are boxes to collect the keys from near the laundry room. However, there were no instructions or information of password or room number to collect the keys. I tried to call the hotline and the internet phone but neither was successful in my attend. It was already past midnite. We were tored after the 11/2 hour of jam at the Causeway. We decided to search for another room at the agoda.com and found something for us to spend the night at Grand Landmark Hotel. It costed us $62 SGD. We stayed there until noon and decided to go back to the KSL Premier Residence. I checked my email and saw the instruction to the room coming in at 5.53am which is about 5hours from the time we alerted them via the apps. We went back before noon to the KSL Residence and checked in. Place is nice but we felt shortchanged and ill treated with this hiccups. We would like to ask for a refund for the first day and that Trip.com should pay for our sstay at Grand Landmark Hotel on 8-9 April for goodwill. It is not easy to move around with 2 msmall children. I hope your side exercise compassion and understanding for the negative experience we felt. w
