Very nice place with beautiful rooms and view from them,place of the hotel is great really close to a lot of interesting places and restaurants also near hotel u have i think one of the best tour company with great people and praises Place have to minuses 1 mold smell in elevator 2 loud music at night from clubs

The staff is not cooperative and they don't know how to talk to customers. Most of the time there was no one at the reception area, we had to wait in the lobby for 40 minutes to check in. One of the staff members were aggressive and very rude he also refused to call the manager when asked. The rooms had a strange smell. The only good thing about this hotel is the location! We did not feel safe at all!

I was on my vacation to Tibilisi, Georgia during March and planned my trip with Happy Journey Tours, UAE. They got me the best holiday packages for Georgia. I was staying at Maison Botique Hotel, located in the heart of Tibilisi. The rooms are pretty cozy, clean & hygiene. All the staff are very friendly & accomodative. Even though it's a small hotel the view from the room is amazing. The comfort of bed and pillow is good. I would also like to compliment the lady who offered breakfast seamlessly everyday until my stay. My overall experience with this hotel was great. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers.

We stayed 4 nights. For 2 there was no ac and when I asked for assistance they told me fresh air was healthier anyway. The other two nights the ac malfunctioned and only worked for a limited time.
