Hotels in der Nähe von Rmilat Park in Tangier

Ich wurde sehr freundlich von Hotelmanager Omar el B begrüßt. Ich habe dieses schöne Zimmer mit Panoramablick auf Tangiers und auf der anderen Seite das Schwimmbad. Er geht weit für seine Gäste und spricht flüssig Arabisch, Französisch und Englisch. Das Hotel ist bis zu einem Golden Tulip Hotel, aber der Service ist immer noch groß. Als Beispiel brauchte ich eine Top-up-Vorauszahlung für meine Mobilfunk-Internet-Dienste und die Crew ging und kaufte es für mich. Jedes Mal, wenn ich von außen zurückkomme, begrüßen die Türmeister mich und der Manager ist immer auf mich wackeln. Es ist das zweite Mal, dass ich hier mit der gleichen Erfahrung geblieben bin und im August werde ich wieder in dieses schöne Hotel mit großem Personal, Spa und Pool kommen, wenn Sie in Frieden ohne das Lärm von einer besetzten Stadt kühlen können.

Had 2 rooms for the hotel. Average room, rather old. Renovations are in progress thus maybe caused the lack of service, had to wait rather long while checking in and in comparison with other moroccan hotels, no welcome drinks or familiarisation was given. There was no rooftop access for any aerial view despite strategically located next to the wonderful beach and nearby all the main attractions of the city. Staffs were friendly though, facilities and maintenance fell short for that last star.

We really would like to thank you for rhis 3 days with your staff. People in the reception, the staff on the restaurant and bar, allways happy and helpfull. We would like to say a special thank you for Jamila, our room service was amazing, she is very happy, helpfull and attentive, so lovely. Thank you so much for our amazing days with you. Die Hardware des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, aber der Service ist nicht auf Sterneniveau. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt.

Ende März ist das Hotel in der Außenbergzone von Dengel, Marokko, in der Landschaft relativ gut. Aber weil es ein Hochzeitsmonat ist, gibt es im Grunde nicht viele Gäste und der Pool ist in der Wartung. 50 Dollar für ein Frühstück ist relativ niedrige Preise, es gibt nicht viel Nahrung und es gibt keine Zugabe. Der Kundenservice ist im Grunde nicht Englisch und es ist relativ schwierig, zu kommunizieren. Das Frühstück bestellte eine 200-Milliter-Liter-Kappe Tee, die Gebühr für 12 Dollar, ein wenig aus dem Tee, natürlich die Zimmeranlagen erfüllen den Fünf-Sterne-Standard. Nachdem ich das Hotel verließ, fand ich, dass ich mehr als 250 Dollar für seine ungewöhnliche Einnahmen eingenommen habe und er bat um eine Rückzahlung an die Bank. Das Gesamtniveau des Services kann auf 2-3 Star-Ebene liegen. Keine Empfehlung, der Preis ist zu niedrig.

Don’t stay here! These people are thieves from start to finish. In October 2022 I booked one room for two nights for January 2023, then a few days prior to arriving, booked an additional room for the two nights. The front desk claimed I never booked the rooms in October. I showed them the confirmation email, which they asked that I forward to them. They checked us in and told us they would sort it out and get back to me. They had me make a partial payment for the stay at check in. The next day they asked me when I was paying for the 2nd night. I told them I would pay anytime and asked if they had sorted out the reservation. They said yes and told me I owed 1,000 euro. Mind you the rooms are less than $100.00 usd per night, so this seems strange that the total could e anything greater than $400.00, but having already made a partial payment, this number was absurd. When I questioned it, they backtracked and told me I owed about 1,600 Durham per night (which was the reservation rate total for two nights for the room booked a few days before arriving). They then told me that same rate applied to the first booking, even though I have an email stating the room was 964 diram per night. They said that email was not from the hotel. I pointed out that it was their company’s email domain. They said Le Royal was a big company and they don’t know who sent that email - really???? At one point they brought someone they said was from central reservations. He just kept pointing to a piece of paper and refusing to listen or discuss the issue. I opened my laptop and showed them they are marketing the rate for 890dirham that night (about 100 dirham less than what my confirmation listed) and asked why I would pay twice that…it was at this point the stupid little man from ‘central reservations’ ran out the front door, leaving me again to deal with the front desk. The staff were rude, indignant and unprofessional, but clearly skilled thrives - Le Royal should be proud of the team they have assemble at this outdated antique. Nothing nice or impressive about this hotel, but with the added thievery, definitely a place to avoid. Unless you really want to seek crooks in action, sleeping in the streets of Tangier would be a better experience than this place. Save your money, self respect, and time by staying elsewhere. Worst hotel experience in Morocco, ever (and I have stayed in a lot of Moroccan hotels)!

Es gibt diverse kleine Probleme bei der Zimmerausstattung. Entweder ist der Klimaanlagenschalter kaputt oder der Fernseher hat keinen Strom. Nach der Reaktion werden sie nicht aktiv bei der Handhabung helfen. Im Doppelzimmer steht nur eine Flasche Mineralwasser zur Verfügung, die nach der Reinigung nicht aufgefüllt wird. Obwohl wir erst nachts wieder schlafen gehen, meinen wir es doch fast so

Ausgezeichnete und perfekte Struktur. Sofort außerhalb des Chaos der Medina, aber sehr zentral. Gutes Frühstück, bequeme Matratzen, gute Lärmlosigkeit. Der einzige Fehler ist die Dusche, die das Bad überschwemmt. Sehr großes Zimmer und gut organisierte Räume. Sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant Mit Zimmerservice jederzeit verfügbar
