Wie das Hoteldesign, komfortable Erfahrung. Die Unzufriedenheit ist die Sauberkeit des Bodens, sichtbarer Staub in den Ecken und die Raumreinigung muss verstärkt werden. Aber das Personal an der Theke ist sehr freundlich, vielen Dank. 😊

Stayed at the Standard Double Room (2 adults). Overall, room was decent was fairly clean (we’re very particular with cleanliness and hygiene), staff was very nice & accommodating, cleaned our rooms when asked to, had the basic amenities, a lounge, and freebies, ie coffee capsule, softdrinks, water, tea, biscuit, gummy bears. Best things about this hotel are that it’s close to transportation, i.e. MRT, bus stops, convenience stores, like 7/11, Family Mart, where you can buy your “easy card” & even top up there, cafes, tea drinks, bars, restaurants, nice clothes shops. It would have been nice if the room were much cleaner, i.e. the corners were a little dusty (again this is coming from someone who’s very very particular about cleanliness) but all in all, had a good stay & would highly recommend! Very good deal and worth it too!

The hotel is in an excellent location near many delicious and trendy restaurants as well as bars and shopping. The hotel itself is cute, but the shower area had some mold growing on the walls. Other than that, they offer free snacks, coffee and tea in your room and is replenished daily along with clean towels. The hotel staff were also lovely and very accommodating when asking for a later check out! Other than the cleaning situation, I highly recommend as it’s a great price!

The room is quite small but the bed is large and comfortable. It’s clean but location is perfect too got many restaurants and easy access to trains stations. Will sure to come back again.

Cozy hotel w convenient location and food around. In-room amenities are good enough - enjoy free illy coffee, light snack and can of coke !

The hotel staff were friendly, nice and helpful. Cleaning lady replenished the towels and toothbrushes etc on a daily basis. The room is small, but had two toilets - one bathroom and one toilet. The bathroom is the most enjoyable one. It was huge and comfortable. The exterior of the hotel needs a major cleaning - one can view the dust and dirt from the interior. The bed was comfortable, but tv channels are quite limited. I would really want to compliment the staff. They were so friendly, and helped arrange a massage session for me with Mother’s Day promotion. Easy to chat with them on what’s nice to eat nearby too. The location is fantastic in terms of the eateries and shopping nearby. There is also a supermarket nearby too. I used foodpanda and it was so convenient as well. Mrt is not so near (about 12 mins walk?).

Reception staff is friendly. Room is very small. Only 1 elevator in the hotel and if lift breaks down or undergoing servicing walking up and down the stairs will become necessary. The tap in my room is loose and I have to use one hand to hold the tap and the other hand to turn the tap on and off.
