五臟俱全的小房間，2樓有自助洗衣服但沒有用到。職員友善。地點離台北站前地下街出口5分鐘，樓下就有很多吃的也開到很晚，很方便。

This hotel was excellent! Great location, multilingual staff, very clean amenities, free coffee/tea/snacks from their pantry, and very close to lots of fun attractions and food places.
I would definitely want to stay here again when I come back to visit Taipei.

The service of the hotel was excellent and the hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Although the room was small, it was very clean and we could find all the amenities that we needed. We felt comfortable in staying there for 4 days. The hotel location was good and safe. It was close to Taipei Station and you could find different restaurants around the hotel. We definitely shall stay in CityInn again for our next trip of Taipei in the future.

各方面都很好，唯一缺點是沒隔音，不是差，是沒有，應該是門的關係，下面有很大的空隙，人在外面說什麼做什麼都聽得很清楚。特別是有人用可能是微波爐最煩惱，不停按鍵很嘈。

My water supply was cut off while I was halfway through showering at the hotel. The front desk acted quickly and brought extra towels. However, it wasn't fixed promptly, and there was no update from the hotel. It wasn't until I called the front desk that I learned the water supply was cut off for the night. Subsequently, the staff delivered a box of mineral water for my use.

Our hotel is located in the front side of Taipei Main Station where is closed to many kinds of public transportation systems such as train, metro, Taoyuan Metro and THSR. And it only takes five minutes by walking. Besides, you could try lots of delectable and cheap local food near by our hotel.
