I didn't like that I booked a stay for 3 nights, had to shorten my trip in New York by one day since my son was sick at our home across the country, and the hotel would not cancel the third night of my reservation. I tried dealing with the hotel directly as well as going through an ******* customer service representative. The hotel was completely inflexible. It's unfortunate because this hotel is in a great location when I come to Long Island to visit family, but I no longer plan to stay there again due to its unwillingness to show me the compassion I feel was warranted.
