Ich liebe Shangri-La Australia Hotel so sehr, gute Lage, erstaunliche Aussicht, Großes Personal, wenn Sie irgendwo auf Ihrer Reise zu ruhen finden, empfehle ich dieses Hotel ＜3

The location of the hotel is very convenient. I love the warming welcome of hotel staffs. Even thought the hotel is not new, but the cleanliness level was good. I have trouble sleeping and the bed was clean. There are constructions nearby, but there was no disturbance.

Einrichtung: Möchten Sie den gurgelnden Bach hören? Kommen Sie nach Sydney Fullerton! Die Toilette ist undicht, ein Tiefensprudelbad für Ihre Ohren 24 Stunden am Tag! Möchten Sie sehen, wie das Wasser über das Jinshan-Gebirge fließt? Kommen Sie nach Sydney Fullerton! Der Wasserhahn ist undicht, es bilden sich Wasserfälle oben und unten. Das stört mich nicht. Ich wasche meine Hände einfach in der Toilette und wasche meine Kleidung. Möchten Sie die Spannung der Schatzsuche erleben? Kommen Sie nach Sydney Fullerton! Ich ging, um das Zimmer aufzuräumen, aber als ich zurückkam, stellte ich fest, dass die Kleidung verschoben und ihre Position geändert worden war. Sie haben sie entweder gefaltet oder für Sie weggeräumt, oder sie haben sie ohne Grund an einen anderen Ort gelegt 'ich verstehe nicht! Ich weiß nicht, ob andere Dinge verschoben wurden! Stört es Sie? Die Ausrüstung war alt und ich musste dreimal zur Reparatur ins Haus kommen. Das Geräusch des Wassers wurde jedes Mal lauter. Wenn die Leute gingen, ließ ich den Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher auf dem Waschbecken liegen. Objektiv gesehen ist die Aussicht gut und die Umgebung gut. . . Gerätemüll! Unvergleichlicher Schrott zu diesem Preis!

Everything went well. We were provided with the twin bed room as specified in our booking, with no unexpected surprises like being given a king bed, which we did not want.. Stayed for 3 nights. Amenities were of good quality. Service was not bad, was attended to immediately at the entrance by the bell boy who handed our luggages with enthusiasm. Was also allowed early checked in as our room was ready when we arrived.

The hotel was very affordable and conveniently located, right in the CBD. Everything worked as it should, A/C was very good and much needed during our stay. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are a little on the small side, and the bathroom a little dated. No real issues to speak of, we would definitely stay there againa.

Ich habe agressive Feedback unten bemerkt und möchte diesen wunderbaren Ort befürworten. Ich habe im März und dann im Juni mit meinem Partner im Zimmer verblieben.Ich bestätige, dass WiFi Aufmerksamkeit erfordert, da es zu schwach ist, aber ich bin froh, dass während ich hier war, die Verwaltung hat sich mit dieser Angelegenheit befasst. That’s true that Reception isn’t 24/7 but this is Boutique Hotel for people who are not familiar with term, it does not mean luxury all inclusive Conrad by Hilton hotel that’s why don’t expect room service, 24/7 front desk service, towel swans and etc. Zusätzlich gehen schöne und freundliche Damen an der Rezeption zusätzliche Meilen, um sicherzustellen, dass Sie sich komfortable und wie zu Hause fühlen. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber stilvoll, wenn Sie gerne mehr Platz für Zimmer mit Balkon und Sie können eine Tasse Kaffee oder Tee genießen, die Sie am Rezeption erfreulich finden können, früh am Morgen auf der Potts Point. Zusätzlich, LOKATION, ist dies die beste, die bequemeste Lage in Sydney! Sie können zu Opera House,CBD gehen oder den Zug nach Bondi Beach bekommen, wo Sie von der städtischen Hügel und Büsten des Lebens entfernt bleiben. Auch Potts Point hat eine Seele und Sie können durch den Geist dieses Bereichs besiegt werden. Zusammenfassend, zögern Sie nicht über das Hotel, es ist das Gem des Bereichs und Sie können hier definitiv genießen, wenn Sie nicht mehr erwarten als das Hotel selbst platziert. P.S. We stayed for two nights at the end of May. Our room was quiet & clean even if in need of a refurbish, which presumably, going by the building works going on, is in progress. The building works didn't impinge on our stay at all. Our breakfast (which was included in our room rate), was surprisingly good. The area it was served in was very clean and bright. We found all the staff to be pleasant. Being able to checkin & checkout on line made things move quicker, especially the checkout. The cost of accommodation in the city is very high so we were pleased that Song Hotel was a bit more affordable to us.

On the ambience side, the decor and modern-ish art was uplifting and fun. The room was very clean. But, we were surprised to find the room so small. In order for 2 people to get into the bed, one had to crawl over the other. The very small window sill became the nightstand. There was no room for luggage, and no luggage racks - we were told they didn’t have enough. That meant one suitcase on the floor and one on the very small plastic table. The retro-refrigerator was cool, but my traveling companion kept threatening to move it out into the hall to create some space in the room the whole time we were there. And then, the very small bathroom, the shower door doubled as the door to the bathroom. Have you ever looked into a microwave? The shower and the bathroom walls had the same dot matrix pattern as a microwave door. My companion was surprised to see while showering she could see me relaxing on the bed, and when she screamed “can you see me?” I replied “yes”. My companion now has bathroom-PTSD. Not only was the shower see through, there was a full-room-view sitting on the throne, trying to do your business. Then the realization somebody may be watching. PTSD! Our solution was to use the downstairs public bathroom for major activities. Did I mention IBS???

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Green Square, was eine gute Anbindung an das Geschäftsviertel von Sydney bietet. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Ich war von den Annehmlichkeiten überrascht, dass es Mikrowellen, ein Waschbecken im Wohnzimmer, Teller und Locken gab. Ich konnte mein Essen, das ich bei Coles Mart gekauft hatte, aufwärmen. Das Zimmer war warm und gemütlich, ich konnte ein warmes Bad nehmen, da mir nicht so kalt war. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.
