Was a great place, will stay again

Overall: Great Service and Clean Room, but Balcony and Gym Need Attention Pros: 1) Room: The room itself was spacious and very clean. 2) Front Desk Service: The service from the front desk staff was excellent. They were very helpful and responded extremely quickly to any issues I had during my stay. This was a major highlight. Cons/Areas for Improvement: 1) Balcony Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the balcony was not cleaned at all for the entire duration of my stay, which was disappointing. 2) Gym: The on-site gym is quite small and the equipment feels old. It also lacks a good selection of weights.

Very central location to Sydney central, walking distance to everything in city. Staff very helpful and accommodation of a very good standard.

Very dirty and the facilities were so old

The place is in the very good location ,all you need is here . Great place to stay and relax. Beautiful room. The staff are nice ,I would love to go back for sure! Nice place to stay in Sydney.

Lovely hotel with great amenities within the facility & also in-room. Plenty of space, relatively quiet. Clean & comfortable, great location within walking distance of shopping precincts as well as public transport options.

Excellent room and pools

While the room was stunning and front desk staff were very hospitable and were awesome to prepare some chocolates and a card for my daughter as it was her birthday (they fulfilled my request), I feel the housekeeping staff could use some improvement. I had to call the reception, almost daily, to ask for 2 dental kits. I figured if I was staying for 5 nights AND called for it the 1st 2 nights, the rest of the nights would be provided automatically as I am sure the housekeeping department has a guest list as well. Another thing is that the room, while it was tidied up when I indicated "Make Up Room", it was not CLEANED. There was no sweeping and mopping for my entire stay nor was the dining table wiped. I used the cooking utensils to boil milk for my daughter. Doing that would leave a layer/film of milk at the bottom of the pot. I'd hand scrub it clean to use again. The room attendants would place it in storage/cabinets without checking if it was clean. That's absolutely disgusting and very unsafe as the milk can go bad and re-using that pot for more milk might contaminate the fresh milk. I'd leave certain areas unclean to check on the level of details and cleanliness during my stay, and unfortunately, my suspicions came true. At the end of it all, I'd stay again for sure!! Housekeeping needs to improve, but overall, an awesome place to stay at.

有點雷的飯店 剛進去一切都不錯 室內空間含客廳比一般飯店大 兩間房間分別是一張150公分Queen size 床 和一間130公分加大單人床 睡兩人有點擠 大床房的走道26吋行李箱無法完全打開 但最讓人感到傻眼的是浴室的蓮蓬頭開關是壞的 它只是掛在牆上 螺絲已消失 只要輕輕一碰開關 開關就會從牆上掉落 第二天一早通知櫃檯 櫃檯告知晚上前會請維修部修好 但第二天晚上回房仍是一樣的狀態 一碰就掉 晚上的櫃檯人員似乎很驚訝 保證第三天一定會修好 讓人失望的是 一直到第四天早上浴室蓮蓬頭開關都是壞的 再來是浴室洗手台第一晚發現阻塞問題後 告知櫃檯麻煩他們維修 第二晚進房時很開心終於洗手台排水孔是暢通的 不過發現我的腳是濕度 洗手台下方的水管開始漏水…. = = 一樣第二晚請櫃檯幫忙協助通知維修 不過到退房前都沒有人來處理 我們只能放一個桶子在下方接水 從來沒有住過這麼可怕 又雷的飯店… 在第一天進房發現浴室有清潔人員整理用過的毛巾 和櫃子門關不緊 以及飯店提供的平底鍋 鍋子 基本上都有明顯 約2-3mm深度的刮痕 前面客人不當使用的痕跡 鐵氟龍（PTFE）不知吃進去多少 這些好像和上面比起來 小巫見大巫 😓 官網看起來真的還不錯 可喜飯店沒有在用心經營 東西壞了就算了的心態 除了空間大一點 飯店位置還行 其他好像都很普通 不是很推薦大家花錢找罪受💸 （可惜不能上傳影片）

位置方便，設備齊全，廚具、咖啡機、洗碗機、爐頭、洗衣機、乾衣機都有。房間非常大，有露台，但景觀一般。 房間天花、冷氣出風口佈滿塵埃。房冷氣好凍，無論點較都好凍。 房個occupancy sensor 係張床附近，我坐係沙發睇電視會detect唔到我係間房，然後突然自動熄曬所有野。打落去前台佢都只可以say sorry，房間設計佢都無辦法。

酒店位置非常便利，由機場前往只需約30分鐘，依照 Google Maps 導航指示亦容易抵達，距離達令港亦非常近。我入住的是1608號房，空間寬敞舒適，床舖軟硬適中，令人一夜好眠。房間設備完善，包括設於櫃內的洗衣機及乾衣機，並提供洗衣粉與洗衣液，使用時只需關上櫃門即可減低噪音。房內亦設有迷你吧、齊備的廚具與餐具，甚至有洗碗機，並附有專用清潔劑及洗潔精，使用起來非常方便。酒店亦設有室內泳池，旁邊便是健身室，開放時間為06:00至22:00。每日提供客房清潔服務，時間則較為彈性，有時早上十時前已敲門，有時則接近十時半；退房前一日早上我已掛上清潔牌外出，惟晚上回來後發現清潔未有完成。整體住宿體驗仍然愉快，設施齊備、地點優越，是一次令人滿意的入住。
