Great laontion and good service all staff are friendly

I booked an executive floor room facing the Sydney Harbour Bridge. The view is spectacular and location is perfect. Just 20minutes walk to the Sydney Opera House, 5 minutes to the circular Quay and 10 minutes walk to the George Street and shopping. On top of that there is Avis Car rental service outlook in front of the hotel. Service and food in the Executive Lounge is pretty good. The only shortcoming is that there is some low sound in the room all through the night, which I’m not sure where it came from, probably from the air conditioning system.

There was no enough toiletress available for 1 night stay, I went down to the attendant to asked for it. Also, when I checked out I did not receive a confirmation of payment which I requested to emailed it to me. I love the location and the harbour bridge view, food is not too bad. Staff are friendly too.

Their service is very slow, waited for an hour for the power bank. Didn’t provide toothbrushes, when I requested it, they brought them after half an hour.

Excellent location, easy transportation lots of food options around. One downside... Elevator during peak time. Waiting might be long Same for checkout around 11:00 But other than this small glitch, very good choice.

The hotel room and facilities are very dated. Some issue with cleanliness in the bathroom as well (top of the toilet seat is sticky). There are upgrading works in progress with the elevators, causing long wait times in peak hours. The check-in staff did highlight this to us, but the wait times were indeed quite ridiculous with quite a number of unhappy guests. The location is fantastic as it is right next to Circular Quay with easy access to most parts of CBD.

Fantastic location but average rooms with a good view but pretty old looking bathrooms. Lemon water was nice touch. Stayed in a room for four and bed were definitely on small size. Still great price and such an amazing walk to the nearby places.

Now it’s my 3 or 4th time I am staying in this hotel, never disappoints Location is the best in Sydney, I ran around opera house and the bridge which are down the street, super convenient We will be back again soon

The service desk and concierge were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, a lot of variety to choose from. Room was clean, bed ok, pillows were great. Very nice view of the Harbour Bridge (as we requested). The only thing I didn't like was the scent of the body wash which was more suitable for men and there was no bar soap at the sink, I had to keep getting body wash gel from the shower bottle. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. I would go back and stay there again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. I love the warming welcome of hotel staffs. Even thought the hotel is not new, but the cleanliness level was good. I have trouble sleeping and the bed was clean. There are constructions nearby, but there was no disturbance.
