On the ambience side, the decor and modern-ish art was uplifting and fun. The room was very clean. But, we were surprised to find the room so small. In order for 2 people to get into the bed, one had to crawl over the other. The very small window sill became the nightstand. There was no room for luggage, and no luggage racks - we were told they didn’t have enough. That meant one suitcase on the floor and one on the very small plastic table. The retro-refrigerator was cool, but my traveling companion kept threatening to move it out into the hall to create some space in the room the whole time we were there. And then, the very small bathroom, the shower door doubled as the door to the bathroom. Have you ever looked into a microwave? The shower and the bathroom walls had the same dot matrix pattern as a microwave door. My companion was surprised to see while showering she could see me relaxing on the bed, and when she screamed “can you see me?” I replied “yes”. My companion now has bathroom-PTSD. Not only was the shower see through, there was a full-room-view sitting on the throne, trying to do your business. Then the realization somebody may be watching. PTSD! Our solution was to use the downstairs public bathroom for major activities. Did I mention IBS???

The room was spacious, a rarity in the city for that price, quiet in the middle of peak season and close to Chinatown, theatre and public transport. We combined flights to get a further discount, and discounts are available on several websites, so we paid under $200 a night. The decore was classy. Aircon, tv, free toiletries and coffee making facilities were available. The housekeeping service was daily, efficient and generous generous with biscuit and milk refills and towels. The staff were friendly, always saying hello. The cleaning and desk staff were the same people, so we got to know each other, which was added security on the door, when strangers tried to follow us inside without a keycard. We had to tap the keycard at the door, elevator and room door, which gave extra security. The view of the city and church was pleasant and we could hear the church bells at 10am on a Sunday. Incredibly short walk to light rail, bus and train. We caught a taxi by hailing on George St, We attended Capitol Theatre, a short distance away. Thai and Vietnamese food outlets were downstairs. Thai massage was available until 2am! The king-sized bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Unser Aufenthalt hier war für 3 Nächte. Wir reservierten das King Suite Zimmer. Es war riesig! Wir hätten in diesem Zimmer eine Tanzparty haben können. Es war ruhig, die AC funktionierte gut, es hatte einen Balkon und eine Küchenzeile voll gelagert. Der beste Teil war das wunderbare Frühstücksbuffet. Ich habe nie die Menge von Wahlen in einem Frühstücksbuffet gesehen, wie ich hier gemacht habe. Die frische Frucht war fantastisch, einschließlich Passionenfrüchte und Kiwi. Es variierte je nach Tag. Echte geschrotete Eier, die gerade richtig gesäuert wurden und Sie könnten frische sauzete Pilze und Spinat hinzufügen, gebackene Bönen, Sauce, Bacon, Hasenbraunen, Getreide, eine große Auswahl an Pflaumen und Mini-Muffins, Yoghurt. Ich gratulierte dem Koch, als er auskam, um das Essen wieder zu lagern. Der Tagesleiter, Amey, war super hilfreich mit Tipps für Dinge zu sehen und zu tun und um die Stadt zu kommen. Wir hatten täglich ein Gespräch mit ihm und er war so einfach zu sprechen und ein reales Vermögen dieses Hotels. Bleib hier und du wirst es nicht bedauern!

Auf einem Familienausflug während des Frühlingsfestes wohnte unsere vierköpfige Familie in einem Turm-Zweibettzimmer im 13. Stock. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und konnte den Glockenturm sehen. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet mit Minibar, Kapselkaffee, Teebeuteln, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Passwortbox, 3 Flaschen Mineralwasser pro Tag, Einwegzahnbürsten (diese gibt es in anderen Hotels nicht, Einweghausschuhe). Das Bett ist ruhig weich, aber unterstützend. Als Person, die gerne tief schläft, verspüre ich beim Aufwachen am nächsten Morgen keine Beschwerden in der Taille. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Bis zum Opernhaus, zum Hyde Park, zu Kunstgalerien, zum Botanischen Garten und zu Museen sind es nur zehn Minuten. Unten im Hotel gibt es verschiedene Einkaufszentren und Luxusgeschäfte und zum QVB sind es 5 Minuten. Werde es Freunden empfehlen, die Sydney besuchen!

Ich liebe Shangri-La Australia Hotel so sehr, gute Lage, erstaunliche Aussicht, Großes Personal, wenn Sie irgendwo auf Ihrer Reise zu ruhen finden, empfehle ich dieses Hotel ＜3

I stayed at Crown Towers Perth in Sep 2022 and June 2023. I also stayed in Crown Towers Melbourne in Dec 2022. Thus, the next logical move is to stay in Crown Towers Sydney to complete my experience in staying at all 3 Crown Towers Hotel in Australia. I finally did that. Stayed at Crown Towers Sydney from 3 Nov to 8 Nov 2023. Today is 8 Nov 2023 and I will be checking out shortly. I stayed at an opera king room which has views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. The room was very well lit and nice. Just the appropriate size for a sole traveller. I also managed to try most of the restaurants in Crown Towers Sydney except Yoshii Omakase which is so hard to book and Silks. I did not managed to book Yoshii even when it opened for booking. Guess too many people booking. I tried Epicurean for breakfast, dinner at A’Mare, Nobu, Woodcut and Oncore by Clare Smyth. I did not try Silks since being an Asian Chinese, I normally do not eat Chinese food when I go holiday. Got to try other food instead. My favourite restaurant is undoubtedly Oncore where I ordered the 7 course seasonal tasting menu. Superb. Woodcut was also good where I ordered their sirloin steak. Nobu was also nice as it completed my tour of all 3 Nobu in Australia having previously eaten at Nobu Perth and Melbourne when I stayed at Crown Towers there. For Nobu , I ordered the X Haku Omakase which is 5 course. The star of the course was the lobster. Overall I have enjoyed my stay in here. As Sarah Brightman is coming to Sydney in Aug to Oct 2024, I have already booked my tickets to watch her performance at Sydney Opera House in Sep 2024 and also booked a 4 night stay at Crown Towers Sydney again. For the future, I do hope Crown Towers Sydney can have a Crystal Club for breakfast like what Perth and Melbourne has. Also, hope to see more shops/entertainment areas at Crown and also a provision/gift/snack shop here at Crown Towers Sydney.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Green Square, was eine gute Anbindung an das Geschäftsviertel von Sydney bietet. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht den Erwartungen. Ich war von den Annehmlichkeiten überrascht, dass es Mikrowellen, ein Waschbecken im Wohnzimmer, Teller und Locken gab. Ich konnte mein Essen, das ich bei Coles Mart gekauft hatte, aufwärmen. Das Zimmer war warm und gemütlich, ich konnte ein warmes Bad nehmen, da mir nicht so kalt war. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt im Hotel

It was quite expensive for the service. The staff were not very welcoming but pleasant enough. The highlights are you are camping on the harbor and the view is very pretty. At sunset the very large bats come out which is quite cool to see but they are very loud with each other. Here is somethings you should know. Both eateries close at 430 pm so plan accordingly for dinner. If you get the package that includes electricity it’s only on from 6pm-6am. The waterway is very active until dark then the row teams start at 0500 it might have been earlier but their coaches are very loud and aggressive. What a way to wake up. It was nice just manage your expectations.

Erstens ist dieses Hotel perfekt für Geschäftsreisende in die Business Centres von Macquarie Park gelegen. Das Hotel ist 5 Minuten von Büros, Macquarie Centre und Bahnhöfen entfernt. Absolut perfekt für meine Arbeitsreise. Es gab einige positive. Die Zimmer sind gut, komplett, was Sie von einem Geschäftshotel erwarten würden. Bett war komfortabel, es gab ein TV, das ich nie verwendet, Raum für Gepäck und hängen Sie Ihre Kleider, ein Tisch und einen Stuhl etc.. Es geht jedoch von dort hinunter. Ich werde die negativen 1 von 1: 1. Eine Hütte hatte einen sehr starken Geruch, der aus ihr kam. Geruchte wie schlechte Musy BO. Ich musste die Hütte buchstäblich in den Schrank bewegen, da ich den Geruch nicht stand. Das bedeutete jedoch, dass ich diesen gemütlichen Geruch stinken konnte, wenn ich ins Zimmer kam und aus dem Zimmer kam. 2. 1 der gelieferten Badehandtücher hatte ein großes Loch/Tee in ihm. 3. Hausaufbewahrung machte einen Fehler und gab nicht Shampoo, sondern 2 Klimaanlagen. Ganz einfach, ich rief die Rezeption an und sie sagten, ich müsse auf die Rezeption herunterkommen, um es mir selbst zu bekommen. Gut, ging hinunter und gab 1 Flasche Shampoo. Ich ging hoch und ging in die Dusche nur um zu sehen, dass der gegebene Shampoo vorgeöffnet/vorgebraucht war. Schrecklich. Nach meiner Dusche ging ich zurück und sprach mit einem anderen Empfänger, der sich entschuldigt und mir 2 Flaschen Shampoo gegeben hatte. 4. Am zweiten Tag bemerkte ich, dass die Hausaufsicht nicht in die Rezeption gekommen war, so ging ich wieder hinunter und wurde gesagt, dass wegen der COVID, sie nur nach dem dritten Tag Ihres Aufenthalts, die es für mich null und leer machte, Hausaufsicht auf. 5. Das Fitnesszentrum war angemessen, aber sie füllten die Handtücher nicht und ließen die Handtücher nicht regelmäßig rein. Am zweiten Tag hatte ich einen benutzten Handtücher auf der Seite, da der Bin voll war. Am dritten Tag war der Bin noch voll und mein früherer Handtuch noch dort in derselben Position, die ich hinterließ. Am dritten Tag, keine sauberen Handtuchs mehr. 6. Wenn sie sich so besorgt über COVID, würden sie regelmäßiger öffentliche Bereiche wie den Fitnessraum und im Halle, wo ein leeres Glas und eine Tasse für 3 ganze Tage gesetzt werden. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht an jemandem empfehlen, da ich mich vor allem wegen der Unreinigkeit der öffentlichen Räume mit einer Epidemie beschäftige.

Nightcap at Chester Hill Hotel demonstrates excellent reviews from numerous hotel guests. Upon our visit to the pub and entertainment floor at the ground level, the room's interior design was relatively unique and posh. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and well-trained, and they informed us accordingly about the covid restrictions. We want to give special thanks for an excellent demonstration of Ms. Yasmine's Hospitality. Thank you to Ms. Yasmin, who has been helpful and guided us with direction and amenities and gave us a warm welcome, and guaranteed our expectations and concern had been met. Her extraordinary and multinational people skills must be highlighted and recognized -it was a wonderful visit. For all travelers, we are recommended the Night Cap at Chester Hill hotel. Once again, genuinely appreciate the hotel team members, especially Ms. Yasmin. Keep up the good work, I will see you again next time.
