Fantastic rooms that have lovely small details. Surprisingly very modern rooms for the older building. Loved my stay here and the staff are very attentive! Only complaint could be the one lift, but only an issue at peak times (check out and dinner time) and luckily only 4 levels of rooms also. Also great little ironing board cupboard in hallways with microwave too

We were warmly greeted by the front desk at night when we arrived. The room was very small, perhaps due to its location in the centre of the city. Restaurants and near by cafes are definately a plus. It was only for one night so the room is still ok. The in-room coffee machine looks dirty with dust on the top, and so I didn't use it. For the price and location, I guess it's relatively good in Sydney.

The bed was very comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready an hour before the official check-in time. The bed and pillows are comfortable. I thought slippers were provided, though. Loved the Nespresso! The staff are nice. I would gladly recommend this hotel.

Its good location near surry hill where of cafes spot nearby. There is a bus , tram and train. The stuffs very nice open 24/7. Tidy very good for cleaness everyday

The location is good , the staff were very nice, especially Natalia and Leyda they were very helpful and considerate. The hotel offers a complimentary fruits and cookies too. The only problem is the elevator it’s under construction. Also I wish they clean and wipe the room properly cos we have allergy to dust. You can see the dust around the corner of the room especially the carpet and vent of the Aircon. Overall it’s recommended if you have no issue with the mention above.

This place was fantastic and clean. Staff were nice and friendly.

The hotel is hygienic in the urban area, but the elevator is too old and noisy. If it is not repaired in time, there will definitely be elevator accidents in the future. I hope the hotel can pay attention to the elevator problem.

The location is very convenient, but the room is quiet small.

The room was a lot smaller and darker than it appeared in the photos, but sufficed for a quick stay. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5. The elevator wasn’t working, so had to use the stairs to get up and down. Apparently they don’t provide full room service over Easter. Staff were nice, and check-in and check-out were efficient. Nespresso machine with four pods was helpful for a morning coffee.

The building is a bit old, but the room was clean and staffs were nice

The hotel staff was great - allowed me to check-in early after a red-eye flight, and extended the check-out by an hour. Loved the powerplugs at the lobby for working space with good music. Room was average - not much space to hang things and etc. The rain shower head water pressure was rather weak, would be a plus if there is a hand held shower head too. There was some random vibration near the bed going on off, I cannot figure out where it was from.

Service was great. Ashame the lifts weren't working.

Great location, only 2-4 mins to George street, great service, kind and service mind staffs, lovely.
