Very clean. Staff are so nice and helpful.Location is close to San Jose del Cabo Art District. Very nice area. A lot of restaurants around the area.

Location is great for downtown Los Cabos, everything in walking distance. Nice quiet spot, easy access and there is on site secure parking if you decide to rent or bring a vehicle. Rooms are nice and cozy with different levels of space and beds, we were in 108, it had 2 twin beds, right next to the pool. I would recommend that they spend a few dollars to improve some things, longer shower curtain in room 108 would keep the water out of the toilet area, a fly screen in the shower window would help keep the mosquitoes out. Housekeeping was excellent, ladies were very attentive and rooms were spotless. They have fresh water to refill water bottles and fresh coffee every morning, no restaurant on site, but as mentioned you are right downtown, 5-10 minutes walk to everything.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe dem Meer entfernt, die Anlage hat einen lokalen Supermarkt, Apotheken, Rapaz-Sushi-Shop und McDonald's, sowie die besten Bier- und Meeresfrüchte-Lager, Preis-Wirtschaft, sehr gut.

Highly recommend hotel for los cabos ! No bugs , very clean , not a small room , reasonable price in cabos , friendly staff (who speak English well) Has balcony with view, fridge is working well , breakfast included , has small cleaned kitchen(I didn't use though since I stayed only 1 night ) , welcome cookie , 2 water for free. I liked everything that hotel offered . Needed to walk a bit from center but I liked it because I could see local store , beautiful flowers. I didn't even checked out yet but I am writing this review since I satisfied. If I come back to cabos , I will definitely choose this hotel again

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Die Einrichtungen waren nicht so sauber wie erwartet und der Zustand der Zimmer war nicht staubig, was mir unangenehm war. Es scheint schwierig zu sein, zu beurteilen, ob es einen Unterschied gibt Der Preis hängt von der Reservierungszeit ab. Es gibt kein einziges Gebäude, und die Gebäudestruktur war etwas kompliziert. Ich denke, es wäre besser, ein Zimmer zu finden Das Hotelpersonal entnehmen Sie bitte dem Foto der Stadtansicht.

Necesitan actualizar sus APP para la reserva en los restaurants que tienen para la noche, el menu era completamente diferente al que vi en la APP, las bebidas preparadas malisimas, como que las hacen con lo mas barato, probamos varias y toda malisimas. La comida, mas o menos les falta mas variedad en el menu, su personal super amable, todos los meseros super atentos y amables. Hacen mucha diferencia de los clientes extranjeros contra los nacionales lo cual vi bastante mal, es buen Hotel y sobre todo tiene muy buena ubicación.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kristal Grand war wirklich unvergesslich! Besonders dank Chief Concierge Mario Cortes er half uns mit allen Anfragen, half uns auf einem erstaunlichen Meerblickraum zu upgraden, und arrangierte eine späte Abreise, so dass wir das Resort noch länger vor unserem Flug genießen konnten. Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend: leckere Lebensmittel, mehr Restaurants als wir in einem Aufenthalt versuchen könnten, tägliche Unterhaltung für Kinder und Erwachsene, warme und chlorfreie Pools, unspottbare Grundstücke und unglaublich freundliches und freundliches Personal. Unser junger Sohn machte schnell Freunde, und der Wasserspielplatz wurde sein Lieblingspunkt. Wir reservierten auch eine Piraten-Showtour durch das Hotel Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung!
