Es ist absolut ein weltweit führendes Urlaubshotel! Das lobenswerteste ist das Serviceteam, viele Menschen, schnell laufen, höflich, jedes Personal, einschließlich Ingenieure, Gartenmeister, wird bescheiden von den Gästen geholfen. Die Restaurantserver sind von hoher Qualität und können das Merkmal der mexikanischen Arbeit sein. Das Umweltdesign entspricht einem chinesischen tausendwärtigen Satz: ”Die Berge sind schwer und es gibt keinen Weg, und der Dunkelblumen ist ein Dorf.” Wir leben fünf Tage und haben täglich neue Entdeckungen. Es gibt nicht nur einen Pool, sondern auch einen Wärmepool und einen Flusspool. Die Nacht ist außerordentlich romantisch, neben dem Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Stilen können die Gäste auch mit sich selbst ein Hotel buchen, wie zum Beispiel Strandbrand, neben dem Pool usw., weniger als ein Dutzend Szenen, natürlich auch Hochzeitsszenen. Das Restaurant hat: Essig, Meeresfrüchte, kreatives thailändisches Essen, japanisches Essen. Sehr reich. Das Bett im Zimmer ist zu hoch, und es muss aufwärts. Ich weiß nicht, warum. Zweimal früh und später ist das Zimmer gereinigt. Mit drei Tagen um sechs Uhr haben wir die Sonne am Meer gesehen und abgeschossen, und wir haben eine starke außenpolitische Stimmung!

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe. On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing. The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

The service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

Das Hotel ist sehr nahe dem Meer entfernt, die Anlage hat einen lokalen Supermarkt, Apotheken, Rapaz-Sushi-Shop und McDonald's, sowie die besten Bier- und Meeresfrüchte-Lager, Preis-Wirtschaft, sehr gut.

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

The Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

This place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

Wenn Sie sich wie ein Amerikaner in Las Vegas fühlen wollen, ist das der Ort für Sie. Verbringen Sie 5 Nächte hier nur um nahe an meinem Lieblingsfischereistrand zu sein. Dieser Ort hat laute Musik, die überall ständig spielen, in Zimmern, Aufzügen, Pools, Gärten, es ist nur zu viel. Auch in der Zen Zone Musik wird Pumpen. Jedes Restaurant (wenn es tatsächlich geöffnet ist) für jedes Essen hat Linien von 1 Stunde oder mehr, da keine Reservierungen möglich sind. Wir wurden einem „persönlichen Buttermann“ zugewiesen, aber er wurde einmal beim Einchecken und nie wieder gesehen. Der Ort war voller Amerikaner, typisch laut Amerikaner, und das Essen war sehr gewöhnlich mit fast keinem authentischen mexikanischen Essen. Es war alles, um den Amerikanern Geschmack zu entnehmen. Das Personal scheint nichts zu interessieren und offensichtlich krank zu sein, mit verleumderischen Amerikanern zu arbeiten. Es ist so überpreist und ich würde nie wiederkommen.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kristal Grand war wirklich unvergesslich! Besonders dank Chief Concierge Mario Cortes er half uns mit allen Anfragen, half uns auf einem erstaunlichen Meerblickraum zu upgraden, und arrangierte eine späte Abreise, so dass wir das Resort noch länger vor unserem Flug genießen konnten. Das Hotel selbst ist hervorragend: leckere Lebensmittel, mehr Restaurants als wir in einem Aufenthalt versuchen könnten, tägliche Unterhaltung für Kinder und Erwachsene, warme und chlorfreie Pools, unspottbare Grundstücke und unglaublich freundliches und freundliches Personal. Unser junger Sohn machte schnell Freunde, und der Wasserspielplatz wurde sein Lieblingspunkt. Wir reservierten auch eine Piraten-Showtour durch das Hotel Es war eine erstaunliche Erfahrung! Es gibt ehrlich gesagt kein einziges Nebeneinander, an das wir denken können. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und würden gerne wiederkommen! Ivan, Irina und Daniel, USA. 🇺🇸
