AAnonymer BenutzerEs ist absolut ein weltweit führendes Urlaubshotel! Das lobenswerteste ist das Serviceteam, viele Menschen, schnell laufen, höflich, jedes Personal, einschließlich Ingenieure, Gartenmeister, wird bescheiden von den Gästen geholfen. Die Restaurantserver sind von hoher Qualität und können das Merkmal der mexikanischen Arbeit sein. Das Umweltdesign entspricht einem chinesischen tausendwärtigen Satz: ”Die Berge sind schwer und es gibt keinen Weg, und der Dunkelblumen ist ein Dorf.” Wir leben fünf Tage und haben täglich neue Entdeckungen. Es gibt nicht nur einen Pool, sondern auch einen Wärmepool und einen Flusspool. Die Nacht ist außerordentlich romantisch, neben dem Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Stilen können die Gäste auch mit sich selbst ein Hotel buchen, wie zum Beispiel Strandbrand, neben dem Pool usw., weniger als ein Dutzend Szenen, natürlich auch Hochzeitsszenen. Das Restaurant hat: Essig, Meeresfrüchte, kreatives thailändisches Essen, japanisches Essen. Sehr reich. Das Bett im Zimmer ist zu hoch, und es muss aufwärts. Ich weiß nicht, warum. Zweimal früh und später ist das Zimmer gereinigt. Mit drei Tagen um sechs Uhr haben wir die Sonne am Meer gesehen und abgeschossen, und wir haben eine starke außenpolitische Stimmung!

JJeneenThe service was excellent. The views were great. The rooftop pool and beach club were great. The room was clean and basic. We found the bed extremely hard even with the feather topper. Unfortunately there was construction at the hotel which we were told would not impact our stay but definitely caused a lot of noise in the mornings...banging and constant sanding began quite early in the morning causing us to be up much earlier than we had hoped.

GGastnutzerWe’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

GGuest UserThis place is my go to because the owners/investors are present and on top of things and want the place to have a high end esthetic and energy, like with the menu and live music. I get the impression there are always enough people to staff the place efficiently and the beach club has been a huge benefit. The only thing I’ve noticed is the workers love to pass the buck or ignore thats you're waiting. For service. there is no way for the managers know unless they really listen to how the interactions are going. I hope they do this sooner than later. It’s seems amusing to the staffers but is painful as a patron to have to negotiate every time you have a need. Some of the employees are great though. They just do all the work for the people that pass the buck

GGastnutzerDie Einrichtungen waren nicht so sauber wie erwartet und der Zustand der Zimmer war nicht staubig, was mir unangenehm war. Es scheint schwierig zu sein, zu beurteilen, ob es einen Unterschied gibt Der Preis hängt von der Reservierungszeit ab. Es gibt kein einziges Gebäude, und die Gebäudestruktur war etwas kompliziert. Ich denke, es wäre besser, ein Zimmer zu finden Das Hotelpersonal entnehmen Sie bitte dem Foto der Stadtansicht.

GGastnutzerNecesitan actualizar sus APP para la reserva en los restaurants que tienen para la noche, el menu era completamente diferente al que vi en la APP, las bebidas preparadas malisimas, como que las hacen con lo mas barato, probamos varias y toda malisimas. La comida, mas o menos les falta mas variedad en el menu, su personal super amable, todos los meseros super atentos y amables. Hacen mucha diferencia de los clientes extranjeros contra los nacionales lo cual vi bastante mal, es buen Hotel y sobre todo tiene muy buena ubicación.

GGastnutzer this was a great hotel that had a lot of amenities and nice bowls and they also give you spa credit and food credit. You should definitely check it out the people little bit older so if you’re OK with that that’s fine. Average age is about 50 to 60.
