Es ist absolut ein weltweit führendes Urlaubshotel! Das lobenswerteste ist das Serviceteam, viele Menschen, schnell laufen, höflich, jedes Personal, einschließlich Ingenieure, Gartenmeister, wird bescheiden von den Gästen geholfen. Die Restaurantserver sind von hoher Qualität und können das Merkmal der mexikanischen Arbeit sein. Das Umweltdesign entspricht einem chinesischen tausendwärtigen Satz: ”Die Berge sind schwer und es gibt keinen Weg, und der Dunkelblumen ist ein Dorf.” Wir leben fünf Tage und haben täglich neue Entdeckungen. Es gibt nicht nur einen Pool, sondern auch einen Wärmepool und einen Flusspool. Die Nacht ist außerordentlich romantisch, neben dem Restaurant mit unterschiedlichen Stilen können die Gäste auch mit sich selbst ein Hotel buchen, wie zum Beispiel Strandbrand, neben dem Pool usw., weniger als ein Dutzend Szenen, natürlich auch Hochzeitsszenen. Das Restaurant hat: Essig, Meeresfrüchte, kreatives thailändisches Essen, japanisches Essen. Sehr reich. Das Bett im Zimmer ist zu hoch, und es muss aufwärts. Ich weiß nicht, warum. Zweimal früh und später ist das Zimmer gereinigt. Mit drei Tagen um sechs Uhr haben wir die Sonne am Meer gesehen und abgeschossen, und wir haben eine starke außenpolitische Stimmung!

Wenn Sie wirklich hoffen auf eine gute Nahrung und einen ausgezeichneten Service in einem all inclusive, ist dieser Ort eine Muss. Extrem sauber, wunderbares Essen und Service. Wir hatten viel mehr als erwartet - Abraham war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und machte unseren Aufenthalt zu viel Spaß.

We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price. The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe. On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing. The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

Wir haben 3 Zimmer in 3 Nächten aufgrund verschiedener Probleme im Zimmer verändert, aber große Schreie an Manager Clara, sie hat die Lösung sehr gut und gut verwaltet. 1. Nacht: Hühner im Zimmer & Haartrockner halten auf dem Boden fallen 2. Nacht: Neben der Eismaschine war die Eismaschine gebrochen und blieb die ganze Nacht lang schwimmt. 3. Nacht: Das Zimmer ist endlich perfekt! Insgesamt : Partys im Resort ist eine Blast! & sehr gute Lage zu sehen los cabos, das Essen ist etwas über dem Durchschnitt. Das einzige Problem ist die Qualität des Zimmers, ist ein bisschen alt, es gibt eine Menge Verbesserung in diesem

Ich liebe diesen Ort, es ist wunderschön, dass ich dort war, bevor ich Ihnen sagen muss, dass das Essen schrecklich ist Auch meine Frau fühlte sich genauso. alles war salzig, bitter, um Zucker herzustellen alle Säfte haben einen falschen Geschmack Ich habe fast 20 verschiedene Dinge probiert Sie haben schrecklich geschmeckt Nur Obst, Milch und Brot waren lecker Du musst etwas dagegen tun Meine Frau und ich waren krank aber ich wollte mich nicht beschweren, ich werde wiederkommen, weil ich deinen Platz liebe, hoffentlich schmeckt das Essen besser Diese paar Tage war dein Essen schrecklich und ich bin kein wählerischer Esser?

Großartig! Der Lebensmittelumfeldservice ist gut! Es gibt vier Restaurants, Italien, Frankreich, Mexiko und ein komplettes Restaurant, die Qualität ist sehr gut! Die Bar ist auch großartig!
