Julio from the restaurant, Hugo the driver, and Omar from reception was awesome. They went out of the way to do extra for the clients. Superb service

Normalerweise ist die Kosten für das Doppelzimmer teuer, aber mit dem Rabatt für neues Mitglied in der Anwendung Trip.com nicht mehr so viel. Wir mögen dieses Hotel am privaten Strand, die übrigen Einrichtungen sind wie in jedem anderen Hotel in Acapulco und die Nahrung ist sehr teuer. Zumindest jetzt gibt es bereits zwei 250 ml Wasser von Gemütlichkeit in jedem Zimmer. Die Anlagen sind sauber.

Sehr zufrieden, Meerblickzimmer, mit einfacher Version der Küche und Balkon. Die Lage ist gut, der Untergeschoss ist das Meer, auch die zentrale Lage der Stadt 😁

A nuestro Check in el personal muy amable y atento aunque la habitación la entregan hasta las 3pm tienen servicio de guarda equipaje y puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones hasta que te entregan la habitación ya que en mi caso llegamos a las 8am nos colocaron nuestros brazaletes y pudimos ingresar, el hotel en si no es lujoso pero las instalaciones son muy cómodas, con aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea cómoda, el elevador de la torre 1 tarda DEMASIADO, en el restaurante no tienen mucha variedad de alimentos y si es algo caro para lo que te sirven pero no tan caro si tomas en cuanta que es un hotel a pie de playa, el desayuno americano que incluyen algunas estancias son de buena porción y muy rico, todo el personal del restaurante muy atento y amable. La alberca esta climatizada lo que es muy bueno y mas cuando llevas niños. Te prestan toallas de alberca las cuales puedes sacar del hotel por si vas a turistear a la Roqueta u otras playas y si las pierdes tienen un costo del 250pesos, solo te las cambian una vez por día, al finalizar tu estancia te entregan una tarjeta que entregas en recepción de que no adeudas toallas. El mismo hotel te coloca camastros con sombrilla en la playa pero son muy pocos por eso mi insistencia en comenzar sus actividades temprano, a tu regreso de la playa en la regadera para que te enjuagues de la arena y agua de mar NUNCA tienen agua. Yo recomiendo que empiecen sus actividades temprano antes de las 9am ya que después se empieza a saturar, tanto restaurante como alberca y camastros de playa. La limpieza del hotel es muy buena, las habitaciones son amplias y climatizadas, las pantallas cuentas con programación por cable aunque son muy pequeñitas pero bueno uno no va a ver la tv si no a vacacionar, la habitación también cuenta con frigobar funcionando perfectamente. A nuestro Check out que es a las 12 del día también tienes opción de guarda equipaje ya que en mi caso mi regreso era hasta las 10pm. Agradezco a la Gerente de recepción Corina y a Lorena del restaurante por su amabilidad. Sin duda me volveré a hospedar con ustedes.

Obwohl der Hurrikan Otis zwei Jahre verbrachte, ist einige Bereiche noch in Reparatur, Badewanne. Insgesamt sehr gut, freundliches Personal kann viel besser. Essen ist gut und Bäume, die wenn sie gut funktionieren.

Although Acapulco isn't known for having a variety of all-inclusive resorts, the Ritz is one of the resorts that offers this option. The single room is of decent size, and feels cozy, but it does reflect the budget price paid in comparison to the other rooms available. Getting to this hotel does take a bit of a drive, but it's still close enough to the beach to enjoy. The service was pretty good, with most staff helping if I had questions or any other concerns. The all inclusive food could benefit from more variety, especially if you stay for many days. One area of concern was the quality of their seafood, as the shrimp did have a funky odor during dinner. All in all, this is a good all-inclusive resort, as long as you get a decent price for your package.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

El buffet está excelente es lo único que puedo recomendar plenamente, porque la comida en el restaurante está pésima y más aún te dejan esperando 2 hrs para poderte servir, no se si es por la temporada la suerte o siempre tengan este tipo de problema pero el hotel se quedó 2 días sin luz eso a un nado que la habitación que tenía no le servía el cancele que da para la terraza la cual en las noches sonaba muy feo con el golpeteo del aire y no dejaba dormir, cuando solicitas el cambio de habitación a una que estuviera mejor la niegan, pero a otros inquilinos si se los dan, deberían de mejorar eso ya que uno como turista lo que quiere es evitar pasar malos ratos.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.

Very old building and WiFi was super bad. You can not find from photo images but it's quite different from photos in advertising. However I enjoyed location and staff are all friendly and nice, room was big enough and I enjoyed.
