While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. L’hôtel est magnifique,un peu loin de rabat 30mn Nous avons manger au Rilha restaurant aux influences asiatiques , marocaines et européennes très bon ainsi que le service .Service du petit déjeuner moins qualitatif pour un ritz carlton .

Nach dem Einkaufsladen ist das System zerstört und kann nicht sofort eingetragen werden. Ich wartete fast eine Stunde, das Hotel hat das Zimmer selbst gefunden und den Aufenthalt nach Gold betrieben!. Die Hallenbetreiber und die Rezeption sind enthusiastisch.

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Hotel, Lage könnte ein wenig besser sein, da ich zu vielen Zielen reisen musste, aber dennoch würde ich noch zurück gehen

Labat ist eine Nacht geblieben, weil er abends ankommt, die Küche des Hotels hat Sandwich, die direkt ins Zimmer geschickt werden kann, bequem, der Kellner am Tor ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, um die Gepäcktasche zu nehmen, um die Parkleitung zu unterstützen, zeigt den Stand der Hauptstadt, loben 👍

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
