GGastnutzer- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat.
- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

GGastnutzerTop quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

A special thanks goes to Mr. Mustafa at the reception for his continuous support throughout our stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience.

GGrossDer riesige Patio und der Garten sind wunderschön mit viel Raum - schöne Veränderung von Riads und Medinas. Zimmer sind sehr klein für eine 5* im modernen Teil Marokkos. Sehr nahe 5* zum Medina/Zentrum. Das Frühstück war zu teuer bei tw еnty fiv е еuro jedes und war nicht wirklich 5*.

ZZHONGYIDie Lage des Hotels ist in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Rabat und der Straßenbahn, sehr praktisch, und der Service an der Rezeption ist gut und hilfsbereit. Aber es gab keinen Strom im Zimmer, also bat ich den Kellner, sich eine Weile darum zu kümmern, und der Strom wurde nachts wieder abgestellt. Wir haben von Anfang bis Ende keine Elektrogeräte im Zimmer benutzt. Schlechte Erfahrung. Der Wasserdruck im Hotelbad ist super! Das ist sehr lobenswert!

GGastnutzerI stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
