While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Schöne Ryad. Sehr gut lokalisiert . Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr aufmerksam mit meinen Frühstückszeiten auch wenn ich unglaublich früh verlassen musste , sie sicher, die zusätzliche Meile gehen und vor meiner Abreise ein schönes Frühstück zubereiten . Wenn immer wieder in Rabat wird es sicherlich wieder reservieren .

Die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe des Museums zu finden, die Hotelmitarbeiter sind auch sehr nett und freundlich, das Frühstück ist gut, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und wird mit uns kommunizieren, um Chinesisch zu lernen, die Leute, die sie auf der Reise treffen, sind nett und Menschen fühlen sich warm.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Stayhere Rabat – Hay Riad – Sophisticated Residence. Het appartement was modern, schoon en stijlvol ingericht, precies zoals op de foto’s. Alles voelde nieuw en goed onderhouden aan, wat meteen een prettig en comfortabel gevoel gaf. De ligging in Hay Riad is perfect: rustig, veilig en toch dichtbij winkels, restaurants en belangrijke wegen. Ideaal als je Rabat wilt verkennen maar ook graag in een nette, rustige buurt verblijft. De communicatie met Stayhere verliep vlot en professioneel. Inchecken ging soepel en we voelden ons vanaf het begin goed verzorgd. Het appartement was ruim, comfortabel en zeer geschikt voor zowel korte als langere verblijven. Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en raden deze accommodatie zeker aan aan iedereen die Rabat bezoekt en op zoek is naar kwaliteit, comfort en rust. Een echte aanrader!

Beste Ort für einen Aufenthalt für mehrere Tage. Saubere Wohnung, geräumiges Zimmer, funktionierendes Wasch- und Heizungszentrum.

Die Lage ist gut, die Einrichtungen sind ausreichend, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ein bisschen alt, E-Gebäude hat ein altes Klavier und Spielautomat, 😂 Aber gut gepflegt.

Die Riad hat eine tolle Lage - nur eine Umdrehung von der Hauptstraße. Alles ist in der Hand - eine grüne Marktstraße, wo man Obst, Gemüse, Fisch und alles, was man mag, kaufen kann. Während der Buchung wurde uns ein “Luxury Double Room” versprochen, aber in der Tat war es extrem klein, ohne Ausstattung. Ohne Kabinett, ohne Hanger - nur eine Reihe von Hügeln auf der Wand. Das WC war auch sehr klein. Das Zimmer riecht wie eine Abwasserstraße - wir mussten das Fenster immer öffnen, um das Zimmer zu belüftern. Das Frühstück am Dachterrasse war schmackhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfreich. Ich kann diese Riad für seine Lage empfehlen. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you'll enjoy staying in it!
