Das Hotel ist faszinierend, sauber und breit, und das Personal ist sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich, vor allem für Cother und Mary von Service Mitarbeitern und sehr vorsichtig, Park Gott in ihnen 👏🏼♥️ Ich habe mehr als ein Hotel auf meiner Reise mit einer Mafia versucht, wie der ausgezeichnete Komfort und hervorragende Lage dieses Hotels, alles in der Nähe von 👍🏼.

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr schwer zu finden. Wir haben zwei Stunden gebraucht, um es zu finden, da die Adresse auf der Website falsch war. Wir haben drei falsche Hotels gefunden und es war besonders mühsam, das große zu schleppen. Bei der Ankunft war die andere Person jedoch sehr freundlich und herzlich. Das Frühstück war besonders reichhaltig. Das Foto aus dem zweiten Stock war wie im Film. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war gut. Obwohl es verbunden war, war es nachts nicht laut. Das Zimmer war sehr, sehr groß und lang und schmal. Es bietet Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie und Sie können Ihre Haustiere kostenlos mitbringen, was ein Pluspunkt ist!

Die Lage ist etwas weit von der alten Stadt entfernt, aber das Urlaubshotel ist groß und die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut. Aus Spanien hat die Begeisterung des Servicepersonals viel erhöht.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience. Overall, the Four Seasons Rabat at Kasr Al Bahr is a remarkable destination that combines exceptional service, stunning design, and a deep appreciation of Moroccan culture. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Allgemein sehr allgemein. Dieses Hotel, das Bild ausgewählt wurde, ist jedoch sehr allgemein, Gesundheit und Service. Das nächste Mal werde ich nicht übernachten. Das Frühstück ist auch allgemein. Das allgemeine Gefühl ist nicht gut.

Das sind gute Wohnungen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, Küchenutensilien und eine Waschmaschine. Sie können Ihr eigenes Essen kochen. In der Nähe befindet sich der Bim-Laden. Großer Wohnraum, modernes Interieur. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser; das Aufheizen mit einer autonomen Heizung dauerte lange. Teilweise war der Lärm der Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine in den Nachbarzimmern störend. Das Zimmer, in dem ich wohnte, liegt im 4. Stock und auf dem Dach gibt es auch entweder eine Waschküche oder einen Wäschewaschraum. Der Ton ist im Raum zu hören - das ist ein Minuspunkt. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Botanischen Garten, wo es tagsüber und abends angenehm zu entspannen ist.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
