Top quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. Die Lage ist etwas weit von der alten Stadt entfernt, aber das Urlaubshotel ist groß und die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut. Aus Spanien hat die Begeisterung des Servicepersonals viel erhöht.

Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Allgemein sehr allgemein. Dieses Hotel, das Bild ausgewählt wurde, ist jedoch sehr allgemein, Gesundheit und Service. Das nächste Mal werde ich nicht übernachten. Das Frühstück ist auch allgemein. Das allgemeine Gefühl ist nicht gut.

Das sind gute Wohnungen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, Küchenutensilien und eine Waschmaschine. Sie können Ihr eigenes Essen kochen. In der Nähe befindet sich der Bim-Laden. Großer Wohnraum, modernes Interieur. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser; das Aufheizen mit einer autonomen Heizung dauerte lange. Teilweise war der Lärm der Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine in den Nachbarzimmern störend. Das Zimmer, in dem ich wohnte, liegt im 4. Stock und auf dem Dach gibt es auch entweder eine Waschküche oder einen Wäschewaschraum. Der Ton ist im Raum zu hören - das ist ein Minuspunkt. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Botanischen Garten, wo es tagsüber und abends angenehm zu entspannen ist.

Die Lage ist gut. Man kann bequem vom Bahnhof aus laufen. Eine Tankstelle und ein Taxistand befinden sich in der Nähe, aber das Zimmer war ruhig. Das Frühstück ist typisch marokkanisch, es gibt aber eine Art Buffet. Im Zimmer gibt es nur eine Steckdose. Das Bett ist bequem.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai

Das Hotel Majiang ist nicht sehr gut, andere Orte können auch nahe der Meeresküste liegen. Es muss darauf geachtet werden, dass in Marokko am Sonntag keiner arbeitet. Das nahe gelegene Hotel hat am Sonntag nichts zu essen.
