GGastnutzerTop quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. DDenis VRНовый, чистый отель с замечательным расположением и радушным персоналом. Отличный вид из окон номеров на парк и площадь, ночью достаточно тихо и можно прекрасно отдохнуть после путешествий. Утром предоставляют добротный завтрак со свежим соком, выпечкой, кофе и конечно марокканским чаем с мятой. При необходимости можно безопасно припарковать авто или мотоцикл рядом с отелем. Один из лучших отелей в г.Рабат по соотношению цена/качество. Вы будете чувствовать себя там как дома. Для тех кто любит путешествовать пешком, думается, идеальное место, так как Вы выходите сразу на красивую улицу и по ней прогуливаетесь до многих значимых достопримечательностей города, или без проблем вызываете такси, оно в Рабате (да и в целом в Марокко) стоит почти как общественный транспорт, только удобнее. Также в отеле и в пешей доступности от отеля есть кафе и рестораны на любой вкус.

FFeitianlansedeyingWeil wir mit der Umgebung, dem Parkplatz, dem Zimmer und dem Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe zufrieden sind, haben wir zweimal im Laufe der Zeit in Marokko das Labat-Administrative Hotel für die beste Qualität ausgewählt. Diese Unterkunft ist auch gut. Es gibt einen Supermarkt um das Hotel 100 m, Italienisches Geschmackrestaurant und Tankstelle, nicht weit von den Hauptattraktionen fahren 😀😀😀

JJackFuObwohl die Gästezimmer etwas eng sind, sind sie komplett ausgestattet. Betten und Bettwäsche sind makellos, die Toilettenartikel blitzsauber, und die Zimmer sind hell und blitzblank – die Hygiene ist vorbildlich. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich, mit cremigem Porridge und knusprigem Gebäck, sodass sowohl Hunger als auch Durst gestillt werden.
Die Lage ist äußerst günstig. In der Nähe einer Hauptstraße und einer Poststraße gelegen, ist das Hotel von Bussen und U-Bahnen umgeben, sodass Geschäftsreisende und Touristen die Umgebung bequem erkunden können. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail bei Regalen, Ladestationen und Notbeleuchtung – ein Zeichen für die Sorgfalt des Gastgebers.
Der Service könnte jedoch verbessert werden. Das Personal ist zwar aufmerksam, aber es fehlt an Begeisterung und Eigeninitiative, und es kommt gelegentlich zu Verzögerungen bei der Beantwortung von Anfragen, was den Aufenthalt nicht ganz zufriedenstellend macht. Die Preise sind zwar nicht übertrieben, aber durchaus angemessen – weder überteuert noch voller Überraschungen. Kurz gesagt: Wer ein einfaches, sauberes Restaurant mit guter Verkehrsanbindung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Wer jedoch Wert auf ein wirklich einladendes Ambiente legt, sollte sich hier noch etwas verbessern.

GGastnutzerDas sind gute Wohnungen. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, Küchenutensilien und eine Waschmaschine. Sie können Ihr eigenes Essen kochen. In der Nähe befindet sich der Bim-Laden. Großer Wohnraum, modernes Interieur. Es gab ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser; das Aufheizen mit einer autonomen Heizung dauerte lange. Teilweise war der Lärm der Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine in den Nachbarzimmern störend. Das Zimmer, in dem ich wohnte, liegt im 4. Stock und auf dem Dach gibt es auch entweder eine Waschküche oder einen Wäschewaschraum. Der Ton ist im Raum zu hören - das ist ein Minuspunkt. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Botanischen Garten, wo es tagsüber und abends angenehm zu entspannen ist.

The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
