Die Lage ist sehr praktisch, Essen und in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sutton. Das Hotel bietet WLAN in zwei Geschwindigkeiten, eine davon ist kostenlos. Die Geschwindigkeit ist relativ langsam. Das andere ist das Geschäft, das 5 Pfund pro Tag kostet. Zudem hält das Hotel aufgrund der Seuchenlage nur alle vier Tage ein Zimmer frei. Für denselben Gast, natürlich, wenn Sie Sake, Müll und Handtücher haben möchten, können Sie das Zimmer der Etagenverwaltung bitten, es an der Tür zu übergeben und den Müll mit Plastiktüten in die Tür zu werfen.

This hotel has unknown body hair on the sheets, which makes me feel very sick. But these body hairs don't belong to us. I really don't recommend you to stay. And this hotel is far from central London🥲

use this hotel one or twice a year normally ok this time noisy room next door no staff to deal with it

Stayed here many times and the staff are great. Travelled 5 hours to get here around 2.30pm only to be told we had to pay an additional charge of £10 to check in before 3pm. How ridiculous and penny pinching is that? Not the staffs fault, apparently their check in times are scrutinized to ensure the extra payment is made. Room obviously ready (hotel not very busy) but no, lets squeeze as much out of our guests as possible. Needless to say we didn't pay the extra £10 and checked in at 3.01pm! Breakfast great as usual.

Super comfy bed amazing sleep Clean bathroom a peaceful stay with very efficient friendly staff & bar & block a great way to unwind & fantastic food. Will definitely be coming back and using premiere inns cross england

I am a fan on Premier Inn and have stayed here before. First the positives Located well for Sutton, easy access to Sutton and to escape Sutton. More modern premier inn with facilities like air conditioning and the room we stayed in has a shower instead of the personally hated bath. Now the red flags Check in was a little labouresd. Much tapping away at keyboard and hushed conversations in the office for the pre paid room. When finally getting the key, the room was only set for 1 guest towels. I can't work out why Premier Inn penny pinch in this way. Going back to reception and queuing to ask for the correct number of towels is not a relaxing way to start your trip. As I understand it. You can assume the next penny pinching step is collecting your soap and toilet roll from reception in case you use too much. Premier inn, just stop this. The bed, gosh did it creek and moan. Sounded like me first thing in the morning. But we wrongly assumed wouldn't matter once asleep. Unfortunately we found out that the mattress was knackered. Worse night's sleep in any hotel anywhere we have stayed in across the world. The pillows were squashed, I love Premier Inn pillows and own my own so I know this hotel is shoddy. In the morning, after a poor night's sleep, pulled the mattress protector off the bed to find a highly stained knackered mattress, with towels to try and even out the mattress problems. Believe me, we would have demanded to move if we hadn't noticed the shocking mattress in the middle of the night. Most definitely would not have spent another night in that bed. Makes me wonder if the prolonged check in wasn't the staff knowing the room is below standard and trying to fob it off. Deeply dissapointing stay and my first shoddy premier inn stay With so many other premier inns. Maybe this one is best avoided.
