The service there was horrible the manager so kurang ajar. At first we go the hotel check in the worker didn't mention about the water heater is under repair. After we go in the hotel we realize there was no hot water so we call the reception, the manager say will help us check and call to the maintenance people after like 30 min i didn't see anyone coming to solve the problem so I call again the manager attitude was so bad he said like I already say I will call the maintenance people. After dinner time the water heater still not functioning so I go down the reception and ask the worker said the whole hotel room water heater under repair so need wait until tmr . If was super double bad attitude bad experience. Beside that the water are super dirty the water in the bathroom is yellow color for the whole day I stay and the bed all is not clean. Seriously 4 star hotel give me this service 🙄🙄

Summit Hotel Subang USJ is located outside KL, around ~30 minutes via car. Convenient access to Sunway and other nearby areas. We had to go to Taylor’s University and it was around ~15 minutes away via car. Easy to book Grab and there are convenience stores and small malls conveniently beside the hotel.

Hotel is so run down and tired.
room - furniture and carpet looks so old and in fairly bad condition, desperately in need of a full refurbishment. don't even supply slipper even requested
lighting and switches - looks like something from the 00s, need a good clean up if no plan for their replacement to upgrade
bed sheet - old and with dirty spots, doesnt look clean
toilet - the shower tap mixer is faulty with low water pressure while the basin tap work fine. initially there was only hot water in the shower and almost got burn when i took a shower for the first time. after complaint, something has been done and managed to get lukewarm water for shower if the tap is turn totally to the other direction. the taps are seriously in need of a good scrub and clean up.
towels - extremely over use and with dark patches which indicate not properly clean
Overall it's very disappointing experience.

All good. The hotel needs renovation. The room and exteriors really need new renovation. Breakfast was okay. If you arrived to the hotel with big luggage very hard for you to carry if there is no staff outside the lobby.

This is an old hotel with old facilities. No complimentary parking, u will be charged RM 2 for per entry. Towel provided torn and old. Even though pillow sheet looks clean but pillow inside were ughhhh. Very few plug point.
