Mio marito per festeggiare il nostro decimo anno insieme, ci ha regalato una notte qui. Le foto non rendono la bellezza della casa; le descrizioni non rendono la gentilezza del personale. Siamo in una casa che anticamente era dei contadini, tutto è stato perfettamente ristrutturato ma i mobili e lo stile, sono rimasti fedeli a quel tempo. Questo posto è magico e lo porteremo nel cuore. Grazie.

Attorniato dai famosi paesaggi delle colline toscane e con la vista sulle splendide torri di Monteriggioni, l'hotel Casalta è un piccolo hotel romantico, molto caratteristico. Ospitalità cordiale, camere arredate con mobili di pregio e con pareti finemente decorate, bagni funzionali, colazione molto simpatica. Ma dovrò pure citare qualche difetto: innanzitutto è disagevole per le persone diversamente abili (molti scalini), bagno sfornito di una cuffia da doccia e camera che non offre un cuscino aggiuntivo. Solo piccoli nei in un giudizio ampiamente positivo. Non posso però non riferire che il mio amor proprio è rimasto molto deluso dal non essere riuscito a capire come si aprivano le finestre della camera (dopo infiniti tentativi ho concluso che erano state inchiodate). Il sistema -molto complicato- esisteva, ma forse era il caso di informarne anche gli ospiti.

Caratteristico perché mantiene nei locali l’aria dell’età dell’edificio , con camere ampie , almeno la mia confermo , una buona disponibilità a soddisfare i bisogni dei clienti ma per il prezzo scarsa qualità della colazione e l’assenza di parcheggio privato ne condizionano la valutazione .

Our stay at Casalta Boutique Hotel was a wonderful experience and remains a highlight of our time in Sienese Tuscany. Right from the initial telephone conversation with Valeria, we knew that our stay would be memorable; Valeria was welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive as was all the staff. Her genuine interest in ensuring our stay would be enjoyable was evidenced during our chats, especially at breakfast, which always included delicious by home made cakes prepared by Tommaso, her husband and chef. We loved the homeliness and privacy, the location, accessiblilty to amazing routes for exploring Sienese Tuscany, and the authenticity and creativity of the food in the restaurant. It was so good to come back at the end of the day and know that you could relax outdoors or in the lounge and have dinner on site. The room was super comfy, and extremely clean with a spacious bathroom and beautiful and unique pieces of furniture. Casalta is a gem! We loved it so much, we extended our stay! We would highly recommend staying at Casalta. It was a very special time that allowed us to really enjoy the beauty of this part of the world. Arrivederci e grazie! Caterina and Rick.

Wonderful experience in the countryside. Calm relaxing with beautiful local decorations which make this hotel unice.I can so recommend this place. Food from own restaurant was great- breakfast was delightful with freshly baked cake and other pastry. Top friendly host/ hostess.

Very comfortable , room we had was large. Not many amenities, we went to the kitchen to get a bottle of Coke Cola. Excellent spot for traveling the countryside. We took a train to Verona, left our car at the station and returned with no problems at all. We actually were there in 2016 not 2022 .

We found out Casalta Restaurant by chance and we were so surprised! Everything was super well decorated with fine details and attention to local traditions and culture. We loved the food! Simply delicious, super tasty. The staff was very kind and offered a liquor at the end of the dinner. Highly recommended if you want to have a deep taste of Tuscany!
