Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, we noticed that the tables in the reception area, where breakfast is also served, were dirty. Our room was not ready upon arrival, and we were told it would be ready within 5 minutes. However, after waiting for 40 minutes and inquiring about it, the room was finally made available. During the wait, we observed how disorganized everything was. Several guests were also waiting for their rooms, and we overheard the receptionist telling the person in charge of cleaning that they needed to prepare some rooms, to which they responded that they still believed there were guests in the rooms. When we arrived for breakfast at 10:00 AM, there were very few guests, and we were puzzled to see the receptionist wiping beer glasses and putting them away, as all the tables at breakfast were dirty, even though she passed by them several times while going to the kitchen to refill the buffet. Unfortunately, it seemed that the staff were not attentive to their tasks. Upon leaving the hotel, we were instructed to leave our key cards in a box by the exit without any form of registration or check-out, meaning that the staff had no knowledge of whether we had left the hotel and whether the rooms were ready for cleaning before the next guests arrived. It is poorly organized overall, and it's not solely the fault of the staff. This will be our last stay at Zleep - there is a lack of planning and practical knowledge on how to run a business.
