Negatives: 1. ) Das Fehlen von Reinigung im Hotel: Das Zimmer hatte Schmutz, Krumm und andere kleine Dinge (auch eine Pille von irgendeiner Art!) die nicht auf dem Boden gespült/vakuiert waren, es gab an der Wand an einem Ort feste Schlamm, die nicht gespült worden war. Das Zimmer riecht weder frisch noch sauber. Im Hotelhalle auf unserem Stock gab es eine Menge Goldfisch-Kracker auf dem Boden gebrochen und nicht für einen ganzen Tag aufgetaucht. 2. ) Der konstante, unerträgliche Geruch des Rauchens und ********* im Hotelhallen (dies sollte ein nichtraucher Hotel sein!) die die Luft sehr düster, duftend und schwer atmen machte und machte unsere Kleidung geräuchert. 3. ) Die Fertigstellungen im Zimmer fehlten: es fehlte ein Türbeinhaken und Handhabung, es gab Farbe touch-ups über bestimmte Wände im Zimmer, die nicht die gleiche Farbe wie der Rest der Wand waren 4. ) Mangel an Stromausgängen, um Telefone und andere elektronische Geräte zu laden: Es gab sehr wenige Stromausgänge und keine in bequemen Orten wie an, neben oder irgendwo in der Nähe des Nachtstuhls und des Bettes, so dass wir unsere Telefone neben dem Bett halten konnten. 5. ) Die Bettwäsche waren klein und mehr wie schlanke Couchwäsche werfen als regelmäßige Bettwäsche. Die waren dünn, ununterstützlich und für eine sehr unbehagliche Nacht gemacht, wo ich wenig Schlaf hatte aufgrund der unbehaglichen und düsteren, Rauchen Sie Luft im Hotelzimmer und Hallen.

Ich habe einen außergewöhnlichen Service von Väter Daniel erhalten. Ich hatte mein Handy in unserem Auto verlassen und entdeckte etwa eine Stunde nachdem wir es Väter parken. Daniel versichert mir, dass es kein Problem war und bereitwillig zu bringe es mir zu bringen. Dieser Mann hat sich auf den Parkplatz beschleunigt und mit dem Telefon auf einmal zurückgekommen. Daniel war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er tut seine Arbeit bewusst in einer freundlichen Weise. Danke, Daniel!

Alles war großartig. Nur das war unser gebrochenes Toilette, das nicht fließen würde. Wir waren nicht in unserem Hotel viel, so war es nicht ein großes Problem, sondern immer noch unangenehm.

Die Reise war ok. Zimmerservice kann verbessert werden. Hatte eine kleine Problem mit heißem Wasser Dusche im Zimmer und musste das Zimmer ändern, da es nicht befestigt war.

The renovations are really nice. The room was great except for the pillows. I found the pillows uncomfortable. I have arthritis and the pillows are extra puffed up forcing my neck and head up so far that I couldn’t tolerate the pain. I ended up using the bath towels as a pillow to keep my neck/head in a normal position to be able to sleep. Everything else was great including the shuttle service from an to the airport.

We were most impressed by the service. The day host, Glenn L, was extremely gracious and helpful. The night host went out of her way to help with a bed comforter we needed. Room nicely appointed and modern.

My husband and I travel to Milwaukee each year for his birthday. We chose this hotel for its location in proximity to our dinner reservation and the attractions we had planned. There were several negative reviews for this hotel regarding check in, cleanliness, and parking, I'd like to share my feedback to ensure travelers do not deter from staying at this hotel for those reasons. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a friendly front desk staff and were able to check in promptly at 4pm. We were able to conveniently park in their side lot while we brought our belongings up to our room. The room was extremely spacious and had beautiful upgrades and convenient amenities such as a full kitchen. The high ceilings really made this room unique. Everything in the room was very clean. There is a parking garage directly across from the hotel which was easy to access and only cost $22.00 a night to park. When staying in downtown MKE it is to be expected that you will pay for parking, and knowing our car was in a covered garage was peace of mind. We choose to Uber to our destinations, so we didn't have to find parking multiple times, and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for our ride to arrive. My only disappointment was there was no happy hour. I was under the impression there was a cocktail hour offered, but it didn't take away from our stay, as there were several liquor stores within walking distance to grab a drink for the room while we got ready. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful with options, fresh, hot, and the egg bites were delicious. The last thing I will add which is huge for me, they have complimentary water, hot water for tea, and coffee in the lobby at all times. I hate forgetting to bring a water bottle for the middle of the night when staying at a hotel, so I loved this feature. I would absolutely stay at this hotel again in the future! Don't let the negative reviews sway your decision. This was a beautiful, newly converted hotel that you should absolutely check out next time you are staying in the area.
