It’s good for what you need. The room wasn’t entirely clean. We found used socks from previous guests in our room upon check in.

Should have been told that English breakfast was not available due to refurbishment. Thereby allowing me to make better choice

The room was kept clean. We were able to book it on a good deal including breakfast. I like our experience their and will be booking again in the future😊

We stayed for 2 night's and was extremely happy with this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. We will be returning.

Everything was fine. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Very convenient for rail station - less than 5 mins walk,would actually make a convenient base for visiting London, very frequent and fast trains take 25 mins or less.

Hotel was ok clean friendly staff. Telly in room only had a few channels that worked ok room cold even with heating full on. Breakfast was ok coffee bit naff milk would be better in a jug rather than packets as you gont get a lot out of them

Great location, good price, excellent informative staff especially on check in. Room was spacious and very clean beds comfy and ensured a great sleep. Breakfast substantial in order to start the day

Really the best location for a hotel in Stevenage, it's just a five minute walk to the bus or train station. The breakfast was ample and even had a gluten free section. It took only minutes on the train to get into London. The bed was comfy and the shower nice. Staff were helpful, I'll definitely come again.

Clean, cheap and convenient. Only way to improve is parking

Nice hotel. Friendly check in. Car park a bit suspect and charge from 8am. TV couldn’t get a signal. Breakfast was excellent.
